   If you are a foodie, Holly Hill is the restaurant for you. We had a prixe fixe dinner with all 5 courses. Come hungry. The service was excellent; not too hurried and not too slow. Holly Hill is the place to celebrate special occasions.

   As usual, Holly Hill Restaurant was spectacular...the 7 course meal was well prepared and timed perfectly. Service was excellent. We took some time to visit the Ray Papka Gallery located on an upper floor which was well-worth the climb.

   This is one of the best restaurants in the US, and perhaps in the entire world. The food is excellent and, at the same time, often unusual but still approachable. The service is as good as the food. When we dine there with friends, it is one of the best experiences we have!

   Sophisticated dining using local produce, cheeses and meats . Prix fixe , 5 exquisite courses at $70 per person not for every day dining, but wonderful experience, for excellent value for special occasion experience. Old mansion indoors and several tables outside. Amuse bouche was deviled egg , lovely presentation with ramp (type of allium) with walnut and beet powder), differen and better than any deviled egg , I have had. First course was rabbit sausage which sounds different, but tasted great in fresh pasta with tomato cream sauce with fried capers. Second course, blistered baby squash/ zucchini and smoked cheese , on top puréed pickled beets on top herb zhoug ( ground herbs , olive oil, and spices) that was truly divine. Main course duck was very good , but the grits, greens , turnips with bacon jam, and tobacco onions with it were even better. Finally for dessert dark chocolate passion fruit , also quite enjoyable. Wife had other items on the menu which were excellent but would take some time to describe. So if you are looking for a really special place to dine, this is it.

   Excellent. As usual. Table of 6 next to us was a little loud for the 3 couples also in the room (we joked about it afterwards). But they were happy so c'est la vie. This place is a gem, and Ouita and Chris and their staff are friendly, professional, and first rate. And then there is the food. It is exceptional. Go!

    Holly Hill is beautiful! The food is fantastic. I even tried three foods I had never eaten. Lamb was good. Campanelle and deviled egg was great. Nick Z honey cake was probably the lightest dessert I have ever had and it was delicious.

    Service was excellent but food was very salty. Why ruin such a great dish like eggs Benedict by putting pimento cheese on it. Asparagus was over cooked. Salad and apple dessert were excellent. Grouper was very dry. Country ham biscuits were good. Love your scones. 🌷

    This was one of the best meals I've ever had. Our party of four was celebrating a couple of 50th birthdays. The staff at Holly Hill made the evening very special with candlelit desserts and signed birthday cards. The meal was fabulous! No one at our table had a bad bite--everything was amazing! I would rank the meal alongside that at Commander's Palace in New Orleans. We will definitely refer friends to Holly Hill and will return ourselves when we are in the area again.

    We ate here the night before we got engaged last year, and again last week as our “last date” before the wedding. The food was absolutely delicious and it was a wonderful, calm evening. The staff was incredibly hospitable and made the evening very special!

    We were seating in an upstairs room where there are only 4 tables. It felt very private and perfect for our anniversary dinner. What a treat the entire evening was. We were never rushed with time between courses. Every bite was exquisite and the wine pairings were delicious. We will definitely be back.

    Having dined with you on many occasions we WON’T be back. Although we are adventurous eaters we did NOT like your over the top menu with every course item. The dining experience was way too long and too long wait between courses. The wait staff provided the minimum amount of service

    Imaginative and delicious prix fixe menu with two choices for each of courses after a set amuse Boucher to start. Attentive and unobtrusive service. Beautiful setting, with numerous small dining room giving an intimate appeal. Highly recommend.

    Some surprises. The menu is predominantly a set menu at one price Multicourse with two choices for most courses. We had lamb and chicken courses. The lamb was not at normal serving temperature the chicken was borderline cold Some of the courses were unique Some good , some not so. Portions were small
