I was there for the Guerlian Abeille Royale High Tea. The service was excellent. The atmosphere was beautiful. Some of the items served as part of the high tea didn't taste too good for my liking, however, my husband enjoyed everything. They were very kind as they treated us with some macarons for our anniversary. We will be back.

We went in for high tea for the Guerlain promo. We enjoyed the desserts but the sandwiches were under-seasoned with not much flavour. One bread wasn’t soft and fresh as well which was a disappointment.

We were there earlier. The staff was very accommodating Seated us earlier as we waited or the rest of the group to arrive. The Guerlain themed Tea was excellent And my usual Bavette steak was delicious Service as always was discreet and professional The Banofee pie is my absolute favourite but I restrained myself this time.

Very unpleasant experience owing to the hostess seating us beside a very loud group with screaming, drooling babies and no effort by serving or host staff to help. It was like being in a nursery, and ruined the whole experience. Left half of the meal behind to get away from the place. I called the next day and spoke to the Assistant General Manager, but so far nothing has been done to rectify.
