   We booked the tasting experience. A 5 course meal paired specifically to highlight wine selections. I enjoy fine dining, and have plenty of experience as a client as well as past experience working front of house. This meal was.. lacking. The first two courses were fine. Nothing mouth watering. I found the meal to be overall salty, and the wine was intended to balance that. It did, sort of, but gulping wine after every bite to make a meal taste good seems odd. The Pinot with the risotto was not a good match. The Pinot has a very sulphuric nose and the risotto with shrimp was very good (best dish of the evening) but the wine was not pleasant. Again, one item was meant to make the other drinkable or palatable . Like pinching your nose as a kid to get the food down… why am I paying for that experience? We were given a different Pinot which was just ok, but more drinkable than the sulphuric one. Final lamb entree was also “ok”. It reminded me of a pork tenderloin dish I used to make in 2001. The spinach was bitter, the lamb was tender, but the mustard was no where to be seen and the sauce was overly balsamic. We were again, unimpressed. Service was friendly but literally a different person served every course so there was no connection to a server or a “relationship” formed. The music was too loud and we couldn’t hear the wine descriptions. Asked for it to be turned down but someone turned it back up. We were sat at a poor table.. every person entering the restaurant passed us by on one side and severs were picking up drinks/food from the other side. Considering this is a guaranteed $380 ticket for the restaurant I would think better seating would be mandatory. We weren’t offered a drink at the bar while we waited for a better table either. Even after asking. This restaurant was a special occasion for us. Dropping that kind of money for a meal means I expect a a LOT. This was NOT worth the price. Too bad. 6/10

   Very nice location overlooking Lake Okanagan. Lively, casual but nice restaurant atmosphere with attentive service. Excellent food and drink options paired with wine. A little pricey for the 3 course tasting menu but definitely worth the experience

   Fantastic service and experience! Took my friend there to do my maid of honour proposal and the view was fantastic and the food was just lovely! Would recommend for any occasion!

   I ordered the 3 course Wine-Paired Experience for $95. When I booked, the menu contained certain dishes. When we attended the menu had been changed. I was informed they try to source daily fresh items which didn't have what I was hoping to order. Also the meat entre was charged an additional $15 which was presented with only mushrooms and no vegetables. Disappointing. The sticky pudding was excellent and the best item of our meal. The service was very good. For the price, I would not recommend this restaurant.

    This venue is never disappointing, from the attentive and friendly but professional service to the beautiful platings of truly delicious food. A feature salad of crispy, tender pork belly accompanied by creamy smashed fingerling potatoes and fresh greens was particularly noteworthy on this visit, as was the wonderfully fresh cod that came with a brilliant (in both senses of the word) green pea puree.

    Servers/ bussing staff were a bit much on grabbing plates away and not knowledgeable on the cutlery etiquette. When cutlery is placed together it is finished; when separated still is being used. Food was quite good but the space between tables ( abundantly private and open feeling)and the view was spectacular.

    Food was excellent full of flavour as always, you will not be disappointed eating here. The menu is always different almost every time we come, but full of deliciousness. You are not rushed , don’t leave without trying the sticky toffee pudding.

    I think guests would benefit from the volume of the music in the restaurant to be less loud. It was so loud that we could barely hear one another across the table of 6 that we were at. It the music was more ambient vs loud it would be appropriate.

    The dinner experience is awesome. Great selections and a wine pairing. The food was delicious and the presentation was beautiful. Wines were very good. Very friendly and attentive staff. Top notch. Our new favourite place in Kelowna.
