   Food was really good and our server was really attentive. We shared the lemon merengue cheesecake for dessert and it was amazing.

   We stopped here for lunch. I had a Thai shrimp salad. It was delicious. My partner had fish and chips (gluten free) was light and really good. Service was a little slow but overall a great place and we enjoyed our lunch. Prices are fair since we picked our lunches from their large side of the menu. The restaurant location is a little strange it's right next to the casino but inside very classy with beautiful decor.

   Honey & Salt has a nice ambience and interior design, the dining areas look so comfortable and cozy. I would definitely return to try their dinner menu. The food was alright, nothing stands out to me in particular. I came with a party of 6 during Sunday afternoon, and which 4 of us ordered the breakfast galette and 2 of us had the smoked salmon Eggs Benedict. Nothing outstanding, nor anything jumped out to us as terrible. It was an average brunch experience. I like that we were seated at a round table, so everyone can face each other, but the place was still rather loud so it was hard to talk across the table and be heard. that would be my only complaint for this restaurant.

   Had a great birthday lunch with my husband after a visit to the lovely spa for massages. The restaurant staff were very friendly & prompt. The buttermilk chicken sandwich was fantastic! They even brought us an amazing surprise dessert to share as they heard it was my husband's birthday. We will be back again soon!

   Went to celebrate a promotion and they let the ball drop big time. Wouldn’t recommended celebrating any big life events as no one made it special and the food wasn’t good.

   I was looking forward to having a lovely dinner as I have had brunch there and it was delicious. Unfortunately the food was mediocre. The Caesar salad dressing had little flavour, the salmon was cooked perfectly but was on a bed of dry rice a few mushrooms and a tablespoon of spinach. My friend had the chicken Parm and said it was ok. For dessert my friend had the apple pie. The dish was hot but the pie which was mainly a tough crust on top of a thin layer of apples was cold. I had the tiramisu that was mostly whipping cream and didn’t have much flavour either. Truly disappointing. We won’t be going back.

    Dinner was fantastic, The only mild comment would be that the short rib papperdelle was a little bland, either the short ribs or sauce were not super flavourful, The pork chop was amazing! The bureaus appetizer very good and our waiter was fantastic! He provided the most perfect amount of service I have had in a long while, Well done group!

    Great spot for brunch. Pancakes were amazing as usual. Tried the lobster rolls that I guess replaced the crab rolls from before. These definitely need improving. The buns were way too big compared to the amount of filling inside and they weren’t toasted like how a lobster roll should have been. Also there was almost no sauce or Mayo mixed with the lobster meat, so basically plain lobster meat shoved into oversized brioche buns. Was told there was supposed to be some on the bun, but looked dry to me. Consider that these were almost $30, would have expected much better. Hopefully this was just a one off miss as usually everything else is quite good here. Service was great as per usual.

    Friendly service, great spot for a date night. Came here after a comedy show and had the crispy korean chicken bites and a few other dishes. Would highly recommend the chicken bites!

    The ambiance was good. Music level was good. Service was Okay,super friendly looked like she had too many tables , no quality check, no drink refills, no serving utensils for shared food items. Prices were good , a few food items needed seasoning and was bland , fish and chips, Brussels sprouts, Caesar salad and the burger was burnt.

    We had a wonderful time at brunch for our friends birthday. Our server, Piotr, was an absolute gem! Excited to come back and would recommend Honey Salt to anyone.

    We had a fine evening at honey salt. Although originally we were seated at a table that was fairly close to others which made it difficult to communicate with my partner, our server kindly moved us to a booth where we could sit together. Our food was good, a bit overpriced and the steak was under seasoned. The truffle macaroni and cheese was fantastic. Our non-alcoholic beverages were not the greatest, the virgin mojito tasted like a glass full of lemon/lime juice. We did notice that servers were checking in with specific tables frequently but our serves didn’t really check in with us. Overall it was a mediocre experience, with decent food and an alright ambience. However I feel like the price point is a bit exaggerated for what you get. Would I come again? Sure if someone was hosting a party or a get together, but it wouldn’t be my first restaurant of choice.

    It took like 45min to have main course after appetizer, and our steaks were cold when it came!!!! Foods were just average, only dessert was good. Don't think it worths $88 per person for Valentine's Day menu.

    Horrible experience. Valentines Day menu set looked amazing but tasted extremely mediocre and unsatisfying. I am a frequent restaurant goer of all ranges, from mom and pop to extreme fine dining. Honey Salt gave the impression of wanting to be upscale, but with food that did not at all match the price point. I am all for paying for an expensive meal - if it is worth it - but Honey salt was so disappointing. My "miso glazed" salmon was dry and tasteless - so much so I had to kindly ask the server for sauce to which she responded "another table also requested the same". My partners steak came out cold and overcooked, although asked for a medium rare steak. The service was so slow, and our poor server kept running from table to table. I hate to leave bad reviews because I don't like blaming people for a poor job, when they're trying to do their best, but it irks me when restaurants want to portray themselves as an expensive, lavish "caviar to start" type of place, and the service and food quality does not at all match that vision. Most probably management did a poor job preparing for a night like Vday where restaurants are busy. Would never recommend Honey Salt to anyone else, although I was told the Scallop Risotto is tasty! Appetizer portions were so small, main courses were so tasteless and cold, service was slow, price was expensive. The only good thing I can say is the ambiance was really nice and the drinks were good. Very disappointed :(

    Food was great tasting, service was terrible. Took about 20 mins to get our drinks (coffee & juice) and had to make eye contact with any staff to get our order taken. Was at least 45-60 mins after being seated to get our food. Was not offered water or a refill on coffee even once. Had to make eye contact with any staff to get our bill. Was not busy so I can’t understand why the service was so slow and inattentive.

    Ordered the done out menu. Well worth the money. The appetizer size has impressive. Ordered the happy hour Humboldt squid dish - would not recommend. Portion small for $19. Not worth the $19-it was nothing to write home about. The service was outstanding. We would definitely return.

    Went to Honey Salt for the first time for brunch. I put it in the reservation that I needed a quiet table as it was going to be the first time my parents meeting my boyfriend. When we got there we had to wait 20’ minutes for them to find us the suitable table… what’s the point of making reservations? After that we sat down and the service was so bad… the lady waiting our table was MIA for a chunk of time and we needed coffee… napkins… other stuff but all we could see was bunch of waiters standing by the wall chitchatting and no one was helping us out… it was not a great experience and the food was just like any other brunch place … nothing special about it … I don’t think I would go back for my special occasions…

    Incredible restaurant with impeccable service. Delicious food that has FLAVOR. Not bland, nor does it need salt/pepper. Their salmon is my favorite, a miso salmon. This salmon literally melts in your mouth, however they cook it, it is so perfectly done. I recommend this restaurant and oddly enough, you do not always need a reservation there. It is not always busy like The Victor for example. A great lunch venue. As well as dinner of course
