Honey Salt - Parq Vancouver
We enjoyed our dinner and will come back again
Service was horrible. Came to us once, never refilled our drinks and we never knew where he was.
I really enjoy the outstanding service
The service was lovely and the food was delicious. Always a pleasure to eat at HoneySalt. Thank you!
It was my 5th time eating lunch there and I had a different item each time and each meal was incredible. On Friday, my friend and I both ordered the crab rolls which were beyond delicious. I can't wait to return and order it again. We wanted to try the special dessert (moose cake, etc) but were too full. Next time for sure. Thank you. Sherry Stein
Service was fantastic and the food was very tasty.
It was not crowded but we also ate early to make our concert. Location to Rogers arena is ideal and the overall experience for our party of four was really good.
I would go again and I would recommend it.
Its instagramable The food is meh! The lunch menu is very heavy lots of fried foods needs some balance. Even the desert was meh. It was an okay experience.
Great place for any kind of occasion. Big open space, good service, amazing food. Me and my friends where there for Happy Hour and where 100% satisfied with food and drinks options! Will definitely be back for dinner!
Wonderful service, delicious food and overall beautiful atmosphere. We will be back!
Good food and service expensive wine would go again
I read quite a few reviews before going. We had a very good evening - food was great and so was the service. The ambience is very nice and I would recommend highly to anyone. I do not understand the poor ratings given on service. We were very happy with the service. The staff was very attentive.
Service, drinks, and food were great. Key Lime Pie, Apple Crumble, and the Brownie in a bowl was amazing. Staff is outstanding.
Food was ok, not worth the money. Food took forever, server seemed very distracted.
It very noisy and hard to talk
I would not know about this place without Dine Out Vancouver. Glad to find it and will definitely go back.
Happy Hour is great. Burger and beer combo for $15 is crazy good. One of the best burgers I have had in ages. Coldest beer in town. Alex is also a great server and she made sure we were never unsatisfied.
We have been there few times and each time the service is very slow.
Service a bit slow. Food is okay, average level among restaurants offer brunch. The guy next to our table just left, the vase behind him fell down, so scary!
Went for a friend’s birthday and Manny our waiter was outstanding. Food was amazing and atmosphere was great. This was my second visit and I’ll be back for more.
Our first visit to Honey Salt, loved it. Verlynn gave us plenty of time to decide from their Dine-Out menu. The deep fried calamari appetizer is one of the best I have had since the Romios Greek restaurant which closed over 10 years ago. The beef short rib was fork tender. Now, the Brookie was over the top with deliciousness, but I was so full I could not finish it. Absolutely loved Verlynn, she was always available to answer our questions and top up her drinks. We hope to visit again soon.
Delicious food and drinks and amazing service!! We will definitely be back!
We did the dine out menu with the wine pairing but didn’t want the dessert wine. There was no alternative so we got it anyway. None of us took more than two sips out of it and left it. We weren’t asked if we wanted anything else to drink or if they could take away our glasses, which was peculiar because earlier my friend was asked (by someone other than our server) if they could take her plate away because she was holding her utensils in one hand as she was talking to us.
It’s a nice atmosphere, the staff was friendly, attentive and welcoming. The server was knowledgable about the menu which helped. She was very pleasant and always had a smile. A wonderful brunch and the food was really good. I have been a few times and I have not been disappointed. Would definitely recommend.
Mr. Middleton, wow. What an outstanding, 5 star man, running a 5 star restaurant.
Elegant decor, super friendly staff and delicious food.
Had a wonderful experience at Honey Salt for DineOut 2019. I arrived early due to unexpected traffic (or lack thereof), and was able to be seated.
Service was as first class as I have had at any high-end restaurant. They made my guest and I feel comfortable almost immediately.
The food looked very picturesque and the taste was very much to my liking. The highlight was the "Brookie" dessert for me.
All in all, this was my favourite DineOut of 2019, and I will definitely be back!
WE had a wonderful lunch on the dine out menu but would come back.
I have been to Honey Salt previously and was quite disappointed with my dining experience there this week. My appetizer was cold upon arrival. The entree was brought to the table before I had even finished my appetizer and it felt quite rushed. When I asked to get my entree packed up to-go, I was brought a set of kitchen tongs and a take-out box. Which I found interesting as it seemed as though they were over-staffed and not particularly busy. In addition, while we were finishing up our dessert, the server brought us the bill but did not return with the card machine for a good 20 minutes. In fact, the table beside us was able to finish paying before us although we were waiting longer.
Food was good but service was not the greatest. I had to flag our server down several times to get more water, to order food, to clear our table, to get bill etc. Wouldn't recommend or go back to this restaurant as good service is important to me.
My friend and I made a reservation for lunch on a weekend, and we were excited to try the Dine Out menu. I specifically made note of this when I made the reservation. However, when we arrived, the hostess informed us that the Dine Out menu was not offered on the weekends. At the time of booking, there was no note of this on the Dine Out or restaurant websites, and I confirmed this was still the case after we left as well.
We wound up ordering from the brunch menu; I had the breakfast galette and my friend had the chicken and waffles. Both were average and overpriced. The caesar cart that was rolling around was cute, although it was the most expensive caesar ($15) I've ever had. Service was alright. The decor is cute but I wish they had curtains or blinds on the windows. From where I was seated, the afternoon sun was bright and reflected off of the neighbouring towers, making me and a few other patrons quite uncomfortable.
The food was delicious but our entree was delivered before we finished our appetizer and so it got cold. I had the salmon and it was also a bit under-cooked for my liking. However, our server did take my plate back to re-heat it when I told her. Another comment is our server was not knowledgeable about the drink menu or where Honey Salt got it's name.
We were disappointed since we didn’t realize that the dine-out lunch menu was not available during the weekend. Our server was amazing and the food was too
Excellent place to go for a brunch with your friends. Try the avocado toast, it is like heaven!
We liked the food and the cappuccino was nice and warm until the last sip! We wished the overall service was a bit smoother which would have added to the ambience.
Not sure if the server just had a bad day. Went there for brunch. The server just had no smile on her face. Looked irritated and annoyed from the very beginning. It's like we owe her money or something.
Near the end she finally put up some smiles, not sure if it's because the manager showed up to check the floor.
Had a wonderful time everyone was friendly and helpful . My server was very knowledgeable with the menu recommended some wonderful dishes .
Cute modern atmosphere with a fairly diverse menu. Great service.
My sisters birthday celebration before the Canucks hockey game. Everything was wonderful
I had gone there once before for dinner. We weren’t impressed with the menu or foods first time. But I decided to go once again because my friend and I wanted to catch up between some casino fun. I ordered a Dungeness crab salad. It was so mediocre, very little tomatoes. Crab was okay. Lettuce was sparse with very little dressing. A few boiled potatoes thrown in. I was hungry so quickly. It was such a sad looking salad. Totally NOT worth $19.
I don’t think I will ever eat here again.
Service was excellent and the food was delicious.
