    Took my partner for dinner for his birthday. Food was delicious and fast considering there were plenty of Christmas parties. Birthday brookie was amazing as well and very much appreciated!

    Great Good and nice atmosphere. Myself and my partner didn't receive our first drinks we ordered when we were seated until our meal was finished. We ordered nice appetizers and mains which were delicious. The server was apologetic about the drinks and said the bar is behind in the orders. Interestingly, you could see the managers observing the staff and walking around without providing any additional support to the busy staff. In situations where any part of a restaurant are falling behind, the managers need to roll up their sleeves and help out. Whether that folding napkins, polishing glasses, clearing tables, or washing dishes. It's not hard to pour a beer or glass of wine to help the bar out if they were that behind in the orders. Let the bar focus on the more complicated mixing drinks. Also, if the customer has to wait until the end of their 2 hour dining experience to receive their drink, the very least the server and manager could have done is remove them off my bill. Definitely made for a disappointing Friday evening date night.

    Excellent food and services. I had the Black Cod and it was just perfectly cooked, not overcooked at all. We loved the dessert: Society 11 Layer Party Cake for $24, more than enough for a party of 6. We will be back!

    Great food and atmosphere. Nice and quiet when we were there in the afternoon on a weekday. Service was excellent. Highly recommend the mussels. Fish’n chips and chicken biscuit was also good. Personally thought the golden beet salad a small portion.

    Very bad service, not busy and took very long for everything and then was being rushed out. It was ridiculous. We were 8 girls out for a birthday dinner and left hungry and hardly could get drinks on time.

    Had an overall good experience. We found the wait staff great and the food was very good. It was a bit loud but it was a Saturday night and some people were definitely drinking and getting into party mode.

    A good place for a drink but would not go for food again. Issue with timing, some items were cold and others were overbaked. Was not at all a farm to table experience. Foor tasted pre-made and nothing special.

    I called ahead to let them know we were going to be 10min late due to traffic/parking. Our 730 table wasn’t ready anyways until 750pm. Food was good but portions were on small side. Value for food pricing was poor. Drinks were good.

    Food was amazing as always. However the service was lacking. From the hostess, to the bartender to our server no one was friendly or helpful. I asked the bartender for a good non alcoholic drink and he said “nothing it’s all subjective”. And the hostess was not helpful at all. She walked away mid conversation and didn’t give us any direction when our table was ready. We had to ask her where we go. The server was cold and not friendly. Took her 10-20 minutes each time to come back to our table. Overall not a great experience. The food was so good which was about the only good thing about our experience there last night.

    I don’t recommend this restaurant for before a concert. The service was very slow, and we were 40 mins late for our event as a result.

    We went there on a Monday long weekend expecting a high tea experience. I called and confirmed the reservation and to make sure they do have the high tea on Monday and they said yes. When we arrived they said no because they’re short staff. It’s understandable that things happen and it sucks that they’re understaffed but then we were already seated so we ordered off their regular menu. Food was good but it wasn’t anything amazing. We would go back but next time I do want to make sure it is high tea because now I have to make it up to my friend who I dragged out for the experience :)

    I felt very rushed by the waitress. 2 of us had avocado toast - 2 had lobster scramble. The 2 that had lobster fell ill - I being one of them. Would never go again and could not recommend . Susan Cirillo 778 995 1961

    The couple we had gone with had not been there before. They were impressed as we were, and always have been with the service and the food. The old fashioned were perfect, just the regular for amount of butters and the perfect flavour of sweetness with terrific bourbon. The dishes were delicious, from the braised beef rib to the black cod, with the salmon and seafood pasta on between. Took too long for us to come back, but there are so many wonderful restaurants to choose from, but this was a good reminder as to why this one is one of favourites.

    The menu at first glanced appeared to be a that of a high quality restaurant; however, upon receipt of our food - the word mediocre resembled the quality of all we received. In a city with so many excellent options, restaurants must strive for a higher standard. This restaurant, we felt, did not meet the standard that even cactus club has set for this city. Maybe, from photos we were expecting more. The Steak was good. The Chicken Parm was good. The Stir Fry was good. But, that is the problem - it was just that, good. The service was friendly and warm, but as noted - should be expected in fine dining. The drinks were overpriced, and poorly mixed.

    Our server was excellent. The afternoon tea selection was as well. We would have preferred an extra savoury & 1 less scone. Overall, we had a very enjoyable time.
