Food and atmosphere was lovely-what really made the night was their special treatment of my niece's allergies. They were so kind and considerate to make sure her food was cooked separately. Thanks especially to our wonderful server Cally!!!! She was fantastic.

The little details and big flavors really make Hoof & Vine worth the costs. The butter that comes with the bread is probably the best we have had in all of Utah. We also always get the truffle chips appetizer because it's an explosion of flavor. Get the side of blue cheese sauce to make it even more amazing. The salads are fresh, and the flavors are packed in there as well. The croutons are uniquely delicious. With all that flavor, you are then served a pallet cleanser sorbet that tastes delicious and gets you ready for the main event... delicious proteins. I usually get the rib eye, and occasionally they have a special wagyu depending on the season. The sauces that are served with the steak are a perfect combo. To top it all off, the sides are light but delicious as my steak comes with funeral potatoes, carrots, asparagus, and spaghetti squash that compliment everything on the plate. The service is great, and the people working there are always ready with a smile and quick service. Yes, it is expensive, and also worth it every time. One of our all-time favorites in Utah.

The wine pairing dinners continue to impress. Always unique with excellent flavors, service and conversation. Particularly great dessert. The lemon pie was out of this world. My complements to Eric, Leah and the entire staff.

You must recommend Eberdine as your waitress. I have never had service as excellent as she gave us. She made our experience top notch! The food was outstanding and the grilled artichoke is a MUST!

Dinner at Hoof & Vine is always amazing. However, tonight I had the special which was a pork short rib. It was fantastic!!! Fell right off the bones. We are hoping this stays around. Maybe even for a wine dinner. Hubby had his usual favorite which is Stroganoff. We also took a piece of peanut butter pie home as well as our leftovers. Love the desserts and it’s always hard choosing. Thank you for another great evening. We did sit outside and utilized the heater. Thank you to Sarah who was our wonderful server. See you all soon!

I chose Hoof and Vine for a birthday dinner and it was amazing! The food and service were beyond compare. They also made sure our vegetarian member of our party was well taken care of. I'd love to go again when we visit the area!

The night started with a Long wait to be seated for our reservation. Our server was pleasant, but not terribly efficient. We had to ask multiple times for our drinks and small items like bread and silverware. We ordered immediately after sitting down so as to expedite our food; that notwithstanding, it was over 90 minutes after sitting down before we were served our entree (we had to ask our server several times for updates on the progress). All of that being said, the food was pretty good, the ambiance was pleasant and the location and parking are easy. In total, we have been to this establishment three times and I doubt I would go back. It may be worth a try if you haven’t been, but it’s not worth it for me to go back.

Candace was our server and she was simply amazing. We had a baby and she brought the baby some crackers and whip cream. It was so nice. The food was great. The drinks were amazing, which she made. Overall, we will be coming back.

The service was not great. I didn’t get a refill all night and it was super slow. We were there for almost 2 hours and half the time we were just waiting for our next items of food to come. Cocktail was gross and we were never asked if we even liked it. Food was average

We had a beautiful dinner with friends here! We had the roasted Artichokes as an appetizer and they were perfect! The ribeye steak was cooked to perfection and was the best steak we've had in a while. I had the elk and it absolutely melted in my mouth! Can't wait to return!

The wine pairing event was a delicious way to spend the night with friends. Half of our table was drinking wine and the other half was not and we had a wonderful time equally. The service was top notch and I’ve never had a more tender piece of beef. Highly recommend.

We have been participating in H&V's wine pairing dinners for a couple of years now, they are always consistently stellar! Last nights dinner was no exception, with pairings from Waterbrook Winery, from the Walla Walla, WA area. Each course was complimented by the featured wine pouring; each culinary dish was well prepared and expertly plated. This is the real deal, if you are looking for a wonderful evening to share with friends.
