    I went on a busy Saturday, so higher degree of difficulty. That said, seems like yet another place seeking a Michelin star that falls short, especially at their price point. A signature coktail was decent.The veal tartare was quite good but topped with thinly sliced mushrooms that didn't work. The duck breast was tasteless and way too tough, chewy. Way undercooked. The accompanying squash thing was tasty, if not mushy. The cappelletti was meh. The weirdest thing was they used a pour meter for a $18 glass of wine. Who still does this at better restaurants?

    Je crois que le niveau de bruit était bien car nous étions sur le rebord de la fenêtre et le restaurant n'était pas plein. PS il devrait y avoir un endroit pour déposer la bourse des dames ds les toilettes. Impossible de trouver mon crayon à lèvres dans ma petite bourse sans la déposer. J'ai du abandonner.

    It was a great experience. A lot of creativity on the food, which we came from. The gastronomic experience would have been outstanding (5/5) if it wasn’t for the little extra salty taste in the desert and in another one of the Degustation dishes. The salty taste was camouflaging the awesomeness of the dishes. But this I believe is very easy to correct. Other than this, it’s an excellent place for foodies because the meals are uniques, creatives well presented. A special note for the focaccia bread that is addictive!

    Absolutely Excellent all around! The staff were wonderfully helpful, attentive and most of all professional. The open kitchen an amazing and transparent spectacle being managed by professionals! Just an overall excellent experience. The Food is inventive, delicious and perfectly prepared! Look forward to an evening full of rewarding experiences for the taste buds as well as the soul!

    Our dinner at hoogan et Beaufort was truly the best dining experience I have ever had. The atmosphere was casual with a modern industrial vibe and the dishes were extraordinary. We sat at the bar with a view of the charcoal fire and the bartender as our server. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and clearly enjoyed his job. We did the tasting menu with the oysters added on and were surprisingly full at the end of the meal despite the smaller portions. Each dish was more spectacular and different from the last. Dress code was fairly casual but could definitely accommodate a more formal affair. Ten out of five stars

    Beautiful surprising dishes. There was something unique with each dish of the tasting menu. All the food was thoughtful and well considered. Beautiful flavours and textures, and stunning presentation. Our server was knowledgable and attentive. Wonderful experience.

    Clients depuis trois fois en 2023, nous tenions à remercier le personnel pour ce délicieux moment passé, tout était au rendez-vous, le menu dégustation avec accord vins. Tout a été parfait, accueil, service, le vin, et même les mignardises. Un superbe menu pour tous les goûts!

    Excellente nourriture, aussi bien au niveau des saveurs que de la présentation. C’est un pré-requis pour ce genre de restaurant, mais malgré cela ils surpassent les attentes à chaque fois. Ils ont un soucis du détail incroyable. De petites choses de bases, mais qu’on ne retrouve presque pas ailleurs : verre d’eau rempli systématiquement, le staff qui laisse le passage ouvert avec le sourire lorsqu’un client se déplace dans le resto, etc. Merci H&B!

    Truly disappointing. Service and ambiance was quite nice, but the food was unwilling across the board. Corn pasta was too sweet and one noted, and duck while flavorful was almost too tough to enjoy.

    Serveurs savent faire leur boulot et très agréables, attentionés. Nourriture divine ! Cette bavette fut absolument exquise, bravo aux chefs. Pouvez-vous remettre votre gartin fruits de mer svp, section traiteur. Je vous en commanderai plein pour les fêtes. Merci !

    À chaque fois que je vais chez Hoogan et Beaufort, je suis combler par la qualité des plats présenter. Un coup de coeur pour la fraîcheur de l'entrée de pétoncles. De plus, ma serveuse a pris le temps de répondre à mes questions avec enthousiasme et professionnalisme. Je recommande fortement ce restaurant et j'ai hâte à ma prochaine visite!

    Not to be dramatic but this has to be one of my favorite restaurants ever. The tasting menu is delectable, and the sommelier who was explaining each wine pairing was very friendly and knowledgeable. All the staff were well kept, professional and knew the menu inside and out. Not to mention, the setting is amazing. It's loft style with wood/metal sleek design. I would come every month.
