    Can’t rave enough about the dinner experience we had. It was recommended by some friends and so glad we went. Everything about the meal exceeded our expectations. It was original, creative and delicious.

    Started off with the warm oysters and apple, leek with shredded potatoes and the burratta! Every single bite was to die for! Continued with the pasta and rabbit and the pork chop with brussel sprouts and semi sweet demi glaze. The evening was fabulous, the service impeccable and I will keep coming back.

    H&B c'est une valeur sûre! Chaque plat est une création imaginative et attentionnées. Le service est courtois et professionnel (nous avons eu le bonheur d'avoir Raphaëlle pour nous conseiller et nous servir). La carte des vins est impressionnante ... et les prix sont en conséquence. Un de nos restaurants chouchou.

    Our first time being here was amazing. Our server was extremely patient as our French is not the greatest! He took the time to go over each menu (drinks too), and even mentioned the bar could make any drink if we needed. The food was great. We had the burrata as a starter and it was not bad, though we are not used to the taste of it, we enjoyed the experience of trying it. We shared the PEI cut of steak and it was absolutely amazing; melted like butter in our mouths! I would say the pricing was fair - we got a large amount of food, great treatment and got to experience the ambience of a highly rated location. Worth it for us.

    Our evening at Hoogan & Beaufort was certainly one of the highlights of our Montreal getaway. Having the opportunity to sit at the chef's table to see a birdseye view of the kitchen was a tremendous treat. It is clear that the chef's have incredible respect for their craft, their dining guests, and each other. During our evening we were treated to elevated yet unstuffy new Canadian cuisine, an epic wine list, and friendly service. The duck preparation was outstanding!

    Nous adorons ce restaurant pour la qualité des plats recherchés ,qualité du personnel,ambiance . Tout est coordonnés l’équipe est incroyable ils ont des yeux partout …un service hors pair et que dire du chef ….la gestion de ce restaurant en fait sûrement sa réussite car je lève mon chapeau au travail d’équipe …belle coordination….mon restaurant préféré depuis plusieurs années et je continuerai à m’y rendre pour apprécier tout ce dont j’ai mentionné ♥️

    Trois heures et demi pour un 3 services pour 6 personnes. Tous les plats choisis sont au menu , aucune particularité demandée.Le plat principal de tous les convives servis tiède au moins une heure après l’entrée.On nous a proposé de « réchauffer » notre pièce de bœuf à $130.00 ???A ce prix on s’attend à d’avantage de qualité! Les autres plats servis à notre table étaient également tièdes.Les portions sont très petites particulièrement pour les pâtes. Première et dernière expérience !
