   Service is very good. Staff are friendly. However, the food is not meeting expectations at all while it is branding itself as high quality and luxury hotpot place. Soup base is tasteless. The meat tastes like being frozen for long time because you can’t really find difference between beef and lamb. We never seen any hotpot place use cabbage for hotpot before. It really tastes awkward. Overall, it’s not worth it even it is promoting the lunch special. It just doesn’t taste right. Service is good, that’s why we didn’t cut the tips. I think they need to focus on improving the food quality.

   Servers there don't show team work, the one person was doing it all. The female waiter acts very arrogant, we asked for our bill and she leaves and calls the other waiter (who went on lunch break) to serve our bill. They dont make eye contact, you really need to wave and call them out before you get any attention, might as well walk out so they give you some attention. Our waiter forgot to serve our rice or noodles that came with dine out, he apologized but if the servers were showing some team work and really knew what serving is all about, they might get good business but as of now, It was good trying but not going back. The seafood is fresh and the meat cuts are big, only problem is their service. Its really bad that I cannot recommend this place to my friends.

   Really bad service paired with mediocre food for the prices they have set. Really obvious they did not want to do the Dine Out menu. Unless you are a Chinese big spender, don’t come here.

    Food was absolutely delicious and well worth the value. We enjoyed everything that came with the set and the lobster broth was amazing. Service was a little slow but we were not too bothered by it.

    Beautiful waitresses with excellent service. I love their individual set. I picked Matsusaka Pork Neck - Sliced Course. I was served with Amuse Bouche, appetizer,  a big plate of  Vegetables, fruits and dessert. Their Chicken soup is amazingly tasty and healthy!  Also, lovely waitress recommended me to try the Zosui which included in the set was perfect too. Good experience here and yummy food~Must try again next time!!

    Loved their food! Pretty quiet atmosphere compared to other hotpot places, which was a major plus for me, lobster bisque broth was very rich and creamy. Their meat and seafood were very fresh! Would recommend :D

    It's our first time to eat at this restaurant for my dad's birthday and it was a good experience. The food was very delicious. The servers were professional and friendly and provided good service. The restaurant is clean and well kept. Would recommend this restaurant to those who want to try out hotpot

    I didn’t like the fact they removed their broths and now only have two clear broths. Chicken and lobster. And the worst part is the chicken broth is the same as getting boxed broth…no flavour. No point of hotpot? For that price..? The food was fresh and service was still rlly good tho. I was just disappointed.

    The service was exceptional. Hostess and staff were very attentive and changed plates and gave fresh cutlery when needed. Came by and topped up sauces and stock for the hotpot frequently. Aside from hotpot they also have sashimi and aburi sushi. The ingredients for hotpot were of good portion and excellent quality. They offer a wide variety of alcohol to suit your occasion and they also offer corkage if you choose to bring your own special bottle. Over all food and ambiance was 8/10. I’d definitely would go again in the near future.

    Wonderful service and great food! Presentation was exceptional. We originally had heard about a special set menu for individuals, but it was no longer offered. Staff messaged us back with an alternative set course menu and we thought that was so cool. The set was more than enough for each of us. Thank you! Great dinner.

    This is one of my favourite hotpot places and I am not sure why I’m not here more often! Today we came to try their Dine out menu($35/person). • Scallop ~ aburi style on a bed of seaweed salad. So delicious and yummy so worth getting this item! • Seafood kushitatsu ~ 3 variety of deep fried things, shrimp ball, zucchini and green teams topped with a sweet chilli sauce. • Pepper, pig stomach, chicken soup ~ very rich and flavourful. Love how it boils so quickly. • Tomato pork bone soup ~ very rich in tomato, super delicious broth highly recommend! • Wagyu sliced beef ~ omg the marvel on this is supreme! Super tender and chewy oh so delicious! This has 2 sets. • Veggie basket (this is one portion for one person!) score love a good variety of veggies • Side dishes with variety of dumpling, fish tofu, imitation crab, and a octopus cuttlefish ball. The dumplings are very delicious here I love how bouncy it is! • Red bean tofu pudding ~ super smooth pudding, and perfectly cooked and sweetened red bean! So good! • Fruits ~ very fresh and sweet! Assortment of orange, cantaloupe, and melons. • Udon ($4.99) ~ this is two orders served on a super cute bed basket! Chewy noodles are the best! • Peach time drink ($7.99/pitcher) ~ you gotta try this drink! Sweet and refreshing perfect pair with hotpot. It’s fruity and citrus very good combo and the peach taste is so good! • 🤤 10/10 ~ presentation, freshness, deliciousness everything is so good and I’m impressed! • 🤑 10/10 ~ dine out menu! You can’t go wrong it gives you such a variety! Regularly this menu is $55 so it’s discounted. Total bill before tip: $91.34 • 😷 10/10 ~ very well social distanced here! Felt super safe!

    We ordered the set dinner for 6 people and as a result were moved to the private dining room. The room was very comfortable and elegant. We each got our own soup pot, which made for a much more relaxing hotpot experience! The quality of the seafood and meat were outstanding! We had a nice selection of most of the main meat and seafood items on the menu. Most of us ordered the pork bone soup: it was ok. Landmark’s pork bone soup is much tastier. The service was very good. The table attendant was very accommodating but then again we were paying for it!! I would definitely recommend the private room for special occasions. The main dining room was very nice as well. I would definitely come back as the food quality is excellent.

    First time experience was amazing and went back the second time with new friend. Service was terrible seems like they are on sales commission or something. Food pricing was alright and it’s pretty good value for the food and freshness however Service was not consistent. order a personal set meal and first experience was given a full service the second experience you had to ask for everything yourself and they didn’t even offer the appetizer or dessert at the end. Server completely ignore you maybe you didn’t spend enough to deserve their service. The second experience was terrible probably wouldn’t go back the third time. It was embarrassing that you told your friend how good this place and service was but then the second service completely ruin it.
