I had high expertisons for this place but it was the weirdest experience today. Our soup broth arrived incorrectly and we had to send the soup base back. We ordered three plates of wagyu beef which we waited for 1 hour. We asked the server a status update and she never came back. Upon asking another server, he mentioned that the order was placed wrong so we would have to wait another 10 minutes . Ultimately, an hour and a half into our dining , no meat served , we elected to pay our bill. 84$ for soup broth and some veggies and poor service. Definitely not worth it. Head over to XLK, Hai Di Lao , Dollar hey or even Shabu Shabu. Don’t come here.

Ordered the 6 person meal that’s around $600 for 5 of us (2 were children 7&9yo), the beef portion was only enough for the kids. The AAA beef was so lean that even the server commented it was very lean when I asked them what kind of beef it is. The spicy soup base was the worse we had in town. The meal has dessert included, but they didn’t asked or bring us any until we asked when they gave us our bill. Totally not worth the price. Service wasn’t bad bad or rude, but they just have no clue what they are doing a lot of time. Would have had a lot better food and service at any other hot pot places with this price.

Nobody else in the restaurant. Charged for sauce bar per person with a pricey menu. Lobster special had no lobster flavour, it was very strange. Lots of staff standing around with us being the only table and still needed to try to get their attention, no quality check at any point.

There was only one waiter available to take orders with total 3 tables and he was also helping to prepare food. So the wait time to get the waiter's attention was more than 15min to place an order.

We were the only table in the restaurant and we had to ask a few yikes for water to be added to our tea. Service was not attentive. Also, one of the servers smelled like cigarettes. It was not pleasant.

We arrived on time at 6 and placed order at 6:30pm. We waiting 45mins for nothing then wait other 30mins 1 dish came …. we waited two hours and looks likes we ate nothing. It served time extremely longer than we expected. Hot pot is raw food we cook ourself but this restaurant even raw still not prepared and veggies wait two hours .. what’s wrong ! We won’t go again and not recommend to my family and friends.

We went for our anniversary dinner .. Service was very poor. Servers take forever to serve you , even to come to take your order. Servers are not friendly, very moody!!!! The food has no taste. Specially do not ever order pork meat balls and beef and cheese meat balls. No flavour , nothing. Hot pot broth and everything was overly priced for what it is. No wonder they do bit have many customers. Dont believer when they say giving 20% off happy hour. They add 20% extra in to your bill!!!!! Dont go here

Lunch special is definitely worth checking out. Decent variety. Sauce bar is great quality, as are the meat quality and selection. The service here is 10/10!

The lingcod was not fresh, it taste so fishy and stale. The satay sauce was extremely salty and the sauce selection was not that great. The herbal soup base has too much herbs in it which taste like Chinese medicine. The food portion was very skimpy. The ambience was extremely noisy not calm or quiet as other reviewers have wrote. It was very pricey and the food quality was not that great. This is an overrated restaurant. I try once but I would never come back to eat it again. The service was okay. My friend and I spent $208 with tips and tax included but we were quite disappointed overall.

Service is very good. Staff are friendly. However, the food is not meeting expectations at all while it is branding itself as high quality and luxury hotpot place. Soup base is tasteless. The meat tastes like being frozen for long time because you can’t really find difference between beef and lamb. We never seen any hotpot place use cabbage for hotpot before. It really tastes awkward. Overall, it’s not worth it even it is promoting the lunch special. It just doesn’t taste right. Service is good, that’s why we didn’t cut the tips. I think they need to focus on improving the food quality.

Servers there don't show team work, the one person was doing it all. The female waiter acts very arrogant, we asked for our bill and she leaves and calls the other waiter (who went on lunch break) to serve our bill. They dont make eye contact, you really need to wave and call them out before you get any attention, might as well walk out so they give you some attention. Our waiter forgot to serve our rice or noodles that came with dine out, he apologized but if the servers were showing some team work and really knew what serving is all about, they might get good business but as of now, It was good trying but not going back. The seafood is fresh and the meat cuts are big, only problem is their service. Its really bad that I cannot recommend this place to my friends.

Really bad service paired with mediocre food for the prices they have set. Really obvious they did not want to do the Dine Out menu. Unless you are a Chinese big spender, don’t come here.
