Our food was very good. My wife is allergic to garlic and our server did a great job telling us what had garlic and what didn't. She went above and beyond.

My girl and I have continued to patronize this Houlihan's 8-10 times a year since its opening - both dine-in and carryout. This recent visit was definitely the worst we've experienced there and perhaps in the Top-5 anywhere. It began well enough. Our server addressed our table fairly quickly and we gave her our total order - drinks, salad and entrees. My wine showed up in a reasonable amount of time, but my girlfriend's Coke did not. Anticipating that our server would return right away with the soda, we waited ... and waited ... and waited. Our server had disappeared to the other side of the restaurant, attending to a large party table. Finally, I caught the attention of another server in our vicinity and told her the situation. Within minutes, she brought the Coke, salads and my entree - but not my girl's. Now, we're in the awkward and embarrassing stage of this incident. I went to the kitchen area to get someone's attention - hopefully our initial server - no go. Back at the table, i flagged down yet another server who passed the word to our original and beckoned the manager (who was at the time, taking an earful from another guest who was also disgruntled by service issues - poor guy). When our server finally arrived with my gril's entree, the sirloin had been merely reheated, but neither of the sides were - they were cold and dry - unbelievable! In the end, the manager did comp our entire dinner with drinks, but it was an terrible dining experience. Liking Houlihan's as we do, I hope that evening was an aberation and that they get their act together soon.

Unfortunately we had a terrible experience with poor service, the wrong food, and an hour wait from ordering food to food arriving at the table incorrect. Their focus that night was on the door dash orders and not the customers in the building. We will not be going back to this restaurant again.

I had the prime rib, which is new to the menu, and it was delicious! It was cooked just right. Everyone else enjoyed their meals also (scallops for some and a filet for another). The service was excellent and we had a great time. Thank you!
