   Worst food ever. Tuna cordo is just as big as my big toes nail .. it costs around $30 Oysters anywhere is better than their Japanese oyster $4.x each. Beef tartar soso $200 dry age beef is just 6/10. 8 oz beef is almost same size as 20 oz beef 🥩 Anywhere is much better than them

   I'm sorry to hear that you weren't having an enjoyful eperience. Still, I have something want to mention about. First,our tuna crudo is 22 dollars on the menu, even with tax and tips, it won't be around 30 dollars, Second,our Japanese oyster is straight up from Kumamoto Japan, maybe you don't like the flavour profile of it. I don't think it suppose to compare to other oyster anywhere else just based on your personal preference, last thing is our dry age ribeye is the only 200 dollars dry age steak on the menu. The size is 16oz, not as you mentioned 20oz, Visually look at your picture, and it is completely more than double in size than the 8oz, which makes sense because the striploin is a thicker cut.

   over all experience was okay, but the price of the food is not worth it. Compared to other steak house, this restaurant is overpriced for what its worth. I love the drinks and ambience of the restaurant but the food price and taste did let me down.

   Can I please have a list of which other steakhouse are you compare with?The Keg,Chop,Gordon Ramsay,Moxies or Joey? I don't think its comparable,we are targeting bringing the best steak to Richmond,so we only carry variety of best selection beef from Canada,Australia and Japan.The lowest grade we carry is prime,I'm sorry if the price hurts you,but the price for prime and aaa even aa grade beef will never be the same.

   My friend and I came to celebrate a double birthday and at first it was a little difficult to flag down service but once we were able to get our orders in we were super blown away at how tasty everything was. We started with the Wagyu Scotch Egg Spaghetti which was great. The Prime Rib was incredibly soft. The broccolini and the potato puree were excellent accompaniments. The They even brought two complimentary desserts for us and two servers sang us Happy Birthday!

   We live in Richmond and often feel like we need to go downtown to have this type of dining experience. Beautiful setting, attentive and personable service with Bear, great cocktails and food. Sablefish was one of the best I have had, and sake tasting was something new ! Look forward to going back with friends to try some different menu items. Thank you House of Dawn !

   There was a small hiccup with parking, took us 15mins to find one, but that’s not really the restaurant’s fault. Just make sure to come 20mins before your reservation especially if it’s a sat night. Everything from taste to service was amazing. Definitely a repeat customer here.

   It's officially a steakhouse, serving high-end steaks. Service was great but too Asian. Everything came out all at once, I mean, appetizers, salad, and steaks came out all at once. It's weird for a steakhouse, but great for some Asian.

   RC and our server took great care of us for our dinner! The space was massive so noise levels were great. Our Bluedot Ribeye was great and cooked to our preferred temp!

   The server was excellent. He was communicating constantly, patient, kind, and attentive. He constantly topped up our waters without asking. He changed our plates and cutlery alot, so we always ate with clean dishware. He won the heart of my very picky parents. Good job! These are the things that needed to be worked on, and not the server's fault all. Half the menu was unavailable. The dessert took ages to come. .

    Service staff needs more training . We asked about a certain menu item - 2 staff did not have a clue of what it was . Had to ask kitchen .😡. Other service issue / training needs to be addressed . Opening wine bottle/ where to serve , etc Food was just ok . Nothing too exciting . Music too loud . Server couldn’t even hear what we were saying
