Fast and friendly. Lunch time is less busy than dinner if you want a quieter setting. The soup and sandwich combo was delicious. I'm never disappointed when I come here.

The food was very good. Had the waffles and Eggs Bennie. The waffles were very tasty - but I found them a bit too sweet (that didn’t stop me from clearing my plate!). The Eggs Bennie were excellent. Serving size was big enough to handle even the hungriest of diners.

Hunters is a place you go to for great food and great time . This is just not an average pub it is so much more . The menu is so varied and the food so tasty from sea food to burgers to homemade soups and salads . The staff really help make this place a wonderful experience . We are now regulars . Gord

Tried brunch this visit, the Ryan Reynolds coffee was a good choice if you enjoy whiskey, and the presentation was neat. The corned beef smash was disappointing - too many smashed potatoes and very little corned beef. You almost missed the corned beef due to the small dice and it's thickness, which resembled a sandwich slice of ham. An increase in the amount and size of the chunks would go a long way to making tjis a truly great brunch dish. Otherwise, the hollandaise was on point, egg perfect, and the fruit fresh.

Brunch Time is a great time to visit, "usually" lower traffic. We sit outside in the booths, which helps with the background noise level. At least until one of the delivery trucks backs in ... Anyway, the food is always great (we have yet to be disappointed) and the staff attentive.

As always, our experience at Hunters was excellent. The food was absolutely delicious. I haven’t had their molasses bread since before the pandemic. What a treat it was to enjoy it topped with a little bit of their jam. Yum. And my friend enjoyed every one of her smashed potatoes and every bite of her chicken sammie. Our only disappointment when we’re at Hunters is what seems like high fountain drink prices. However, we understand why and it’s a small price to pay for the fantastic food, excellent service (Ali was great), and the wonderful ambience (the patio is beautiful).

Great ambience on the patio, Inside looked pretty nice too. Our main server was excellent and really attentive. All staff that was involved with us was cheerful and engaging. Nice big portion of the meatloaf on smashed potatoes - will definitely have it again! Curry dish was excellent, as stated by my picky wife :). Will check out the live music on another occasion. Really good first time visit.

First time at this venue, a very positive experience. We ate on the patio, which was the perfect balance of shade and light. Server was attentive but not too intrusive. I had the chicken sammy with house side salad, which was lovely and portions on the generous side. Will definitely go again.

Really enjoy going. Only complaint is kids pizza is soggy, too much cheese on a thin crust is bad. It slid off and was difficult for my kid to eat.

Great food, service and atmosphere. The tacos are always delicious especially the short rib taco but our new favourite is the jerk chicken. Highly recommend going.

Club sandwich was so-so, but everything else was delicious. Very good service. Great amber draft on tap. Good ambiance on the patio - as good as you can possibly get in a strip mall parking lot. Reasonably priced. I will be returning.

This was my first experience and most definitely will not be my last. The staff was friendly and informative about gluten allergies. The ambience was super nice, the food was delicious, and the portions were exceptional. An added bonus was the live music at 8 pm which we all enjoyed. Thanks for a great evening!

The food was just average. We were a table of four and only two of the loved their meal. The club sandwich is made with deli slices chicken, not real chicken. The sauce on the chicken bacon penne was runny and rather bland. The service, however, was outstanding. I would recommend the restaurant, but not those menu items.

You won't believe you're in a box mall. The patio is cozy and inviting. We've eaten here several times and always loved both food and service. Just a short drive from downtown. Highly recommended.
