We are farmers and distillers, making Husk Rum and Ink Gin on our beautiful 150acre family farm.

Husk Rum is a rare style made from farm to bottle using the finest quality freshly crushed cane juice grown and bottled at Husk Farm.

Ink Gin is boldly unconventional, sparking conversation & making people take note. A true original, Ink brings colour & art to people through gin.

Visit Husk Farm Distillery to learn & discover our spirits, enjoy good drinks and food and relax and connect to this ancient land.

The Husk Distillery Bar & Planter’s Kitchen is open Wednesday-Sunday from 11am with a full cocktail and lunch menu available until 3pm on weekdays and 4pm on weekends (subject to change), and an all day menu available until the kitchen closes.

We are open Mondays & Tuesdays from 11am. Join us and enjoy small plates and grazing boards off our all day menu and have a full choice of tasting flights and cocktails.

Fabulous setting , relaxing environment. Nick our waiter was very attentive. Food came out quickly and the food was delicious. The cocktails were great but took time to get to the table after being ordered Husk is one of my favourite places to go for a relaxing lunch with friends , great food and drink I will definitely be back and recommend Husk to all my friends, definitely a destination lunch spot An easy drive from Brisbane ( except for roadworks)

Been many times before and Husk does not fail to deliver good service ambience and delicious food. Unfortunately it was raining off and on so hard to keep dry at times. The inside area was being renovated so we weren’t able to shelter inside. In saying that it was a great lunch. Will defining be back!.

We absolutely loved our first visit to Husk Distillers. The atmosphere was relaxed and very family friendly with a few games set up on the grass, for children to enjoy. We ordered shared dishes and each one was fantastic. We also had a Gin Flight each which was a taste of 3 gins plus tonic if desired. This was definitely worth doing. The Gins were delicious. We will definitely visit again.

We enjoyed Father’s Day lunch here. We decided on the set menu for around $65 each. The food was superb. Olives and Bread. Then chicken and salad. Finally lamb and potatoes. It was all very tasty and we all enjoyed it. We then added in dessert for an extra cost. The ambience is very nice and the cocktails delicious. My only slight deduction would be the lack of attention to removing the dirty dishes from each course and resetting the table. They were bringing new food dishes and hadn’t cleared the table so there was a wait for fresh plates and cutlery. Apart from that it is a great day out.
