We love this restaurant! I am not a steak eater but they have delicious seafood and vegetables. Everything was fabulous from the lump crab appetizer, lobster bisque, Caesar salad (apparently the croutons were to die for because everyone raved about !he crouton).. Two of the guest shared the bananas foster dessert but it was so good everyone dived into it! The service Gus provided was amazing - we definitely will keep coming back!

This was our first time at Hyde Park. I chose it for my wife’s birthday. While the service was excellent, the food was not. We both had surf-n-turf which was a filet and lobster tail. In both dishes, the filet was over cooked, really tough, and the lobster tails looked like shriveled shrimps. The sides were OK and the fresh bread was delicious. Not sure we’ll go back; a bit disappointing.

we were at our table for 25 minutes and had to ask for a server. Oh, the numerous servers passing us, NO ONE asked if we had been helped, I had to flag someone down to be acknowledged. Finally, we get someone, oh I didn't realize it was my section. I may suggest you need a practice, like filling water glasses, which shows someone has acknowledged your customer. That way those numerous walking by might get someone to wait on us. There after a Littel stressful, waited another 10 mins to have our cocktails brought to us, which mine was not correct. Ordered a vodka martini on rocks and it came in a regular martini glass, not on rocks. One of the managers came over and got my next drink order, he came back with martini on the rocks in a martini glass, not correct glassware. We do visit Hyde Park and, in the past, have had a much more delightful experience. Food was superb. Thanks. It was noted it was our anniversary, and not one acknowledged our event. Maybe I have high expectations, for a fine dining establishment it was pitiful. Spending $252, plus tip, for this, is not looked upon favorably.

The food was good. The sides are enough to share between two people even though our server said they were not. I feel like what you pay for the food, the service should be better. We waited around for a really long time trying to get their attention and did not get things that we asked for .

Waiter was excellent- a business meeting and he recognized not to rush us. We had an early reservation and not too crowded. Sirloin sliders tasty but a little more gristle than I’d expect. Chicken franchese & sirloin medallions were delicious. Pumpkin cheesecake desert also tasty.

I had to move the initial reservation and they were very accommodating. This was my second time dining at Hyde Park and the food, on again, was perfectly cooked and delicious. Service was efficient and the servers were professional but still personable.

What a fabulous experience. Our server Jonathan was attentive, yet not obtrusive. The food was spectacular. We had raw oysters, which were fresh and tasty, my husband had the 16 oz Ribeye, which was cooked to perfection. He's really fussy about his steak, and he said it was wonderful. I had the 12 oz tenderloin with lobster, asparagus, bearnaise and bourdelaise sauce with mushrooms. It was divine. We ate outside, overlooking the ocean. There was a full moon, and the ambiance was unmatched. What a fabulous evening!

Matt was an excellent server, very nice and helpful. Timed our dinner out perfectly. The sea scallops and salmon were tasty. Eddy was extremely helpful with our wine - love their selection and price point. They made our birthday celebration very special!

The general manager Eric seems to think he is doing me a favor seating my group! We reserve 30/40 people twice a year for bike week! This arrogant nasty person doesn’t seemed to value the $4000.00 we spend every time we visit! The first thing he said to me was I left a bad review 4 years ago ( all true ) but have visited 8 times since then. I hope the company that he represents knows and appreciates people that are willing to spend a $100 for a steak during bike week. Eric, no need to care! WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING! There are plenty of places not as independent as HYDE PARK that will be happy to serve excellent food with friendly people! NEVER AGAIN will you disrespect me or my friends and family!
