Valentine’s Day

I was so excited when I got the spot for 4 to this place because tiktok hypes it up, eventhough it was a very late dinner for us which is 20:15 on Valentines Day.

We got into the hotel entrance, took the elevator to the 2nd floor and checked in with the lady for my reservation. She guided us to our spot which is downstairs. While walking downstair, I was so stunned with the decor so I got even more excited. But then she put us to a spot which was very close to the stairs where servers kept walking around and to the door which was very cold. I dont know if they don't have any other better spots but it was a crappy spot for 4 asians. All white people there expect for us. I didnt feel welcome. I didnt feel special.

Another lady asked our reservation name again when we sat down. I was confuse why they asked again when the lady upstairs did already.

We sat down. We noticed all the tables had candles lit expect ours. No cutleries prepared. No nothing! Sat there for 10mins noone noticed us. A guy gave a menu threw it on the table, just in case we need it. (They have scan menu too) Didnt even say his name. We asked to lit the candle, no apoligies heard for leaving letting us sit on a dark table.

We wanted to try their valentines menu because of the obvious reason. Hello?! Its valentines.

We then tried to asked questions about the Valentines menu. Guess what? Out of stock! On the Valentines itself. Again, no sorry. Server wasnt friendly or didnt even try to explain the options we can get instead.

I was very disappointed! A very fancy resto with no manners at all.

We then decided to call gotham if they have a spot for us instead. I am happy that they have. We left the table. I dont think they even notice.

I am happy we left! We ate a better meal and got the service we deserved.

Great service and Fantastic food! We had the whole salt baked Branzino and it was delicious, some of the best fish we have ever eaten.

Our server was excellent and knew about all the different dishes. He suggested wonderful options and we were not disappointed.
The sommelier on duty was also excellent with a superb choice of wine to accompany our meal.
Just when I thought I was full, we HAD to try ALL three desserts... YUMMY!!!

Try the specials they are usually quite interesting and well priced. Had a huge platter for 2 with meat (lamb, steak, chicken and also the most delicious prawns) for $78 added a couple starters and had enough to bring home for a midnight snack.
Cocktail list is unique if you are into that. Not my thing, but, I appreciate the option 🤗

Although we found the restaurant upstairs was not operating, we were greeted and taken downstairs to the bar area to a nice table there. The food was very good and interesting along with some traditional Greek dishes. We especially enjoyed the octopus. Service was attentive.

A really nice lounge dinner or lunch place.
We have ordered a roasted lemon chicken, all very well presented and nicely dressed up...just the chicken would be better prepared for the right cooking .
Overall great service, great environment...music should be better pick -- jazzy will fit better !!

Excellent food and great service.
Although I would prefer to be basking in the Mediterranean sun this summer, this really is the best alternative.

Very empty and service was awkward. Empty tables everywhere but they wouldn't seat us by a window.

Very good ambience. Exceptional service. A very new and welcomed approach to Greek food. Suggest the grilled fish that amazing. Did I mention exceptional service?

Lovely outing. Great service. I really like the shared plate type eating experience rather than individual meal/plates. Not only does it add to a community experience at your table, it also makes the meal a bit more cost effective (adds value).

Amazing food and service !

Food was outstanding and the server was nice

Our server got the entree and side dish wrong for one of our guests, I ordered a martini with Tito’s but they had to run elsewhere to restock the Tito’s which took a while. I would of asked for a different vodka instead of the wait but the server insisted instead of listening to my request. Overall the food was good and server was courteous.

Excellent service and the decor is beautiful! Ordered the Roast chicken and the portion is just right for two people.

The set menus for Valentine’s Day wasn’t a big hit.

I made the big mistake of taking my girl there on Valentine’s Day. The menu was set, very overpriced for underwhelming food, I just think they pre-plated the food and it just sat out. Service was bad but I really don’t blame our guy at all. We think he did his best and much support was given to him. Drinks had no booze, what was suppose to be a double tasted like water , and when I asked for a double I get the funny response of “Sir it already is one”. Holy Chrysler did he make me feel like an alcoholic. All in all I felt like I let my ol’ lady down considering we were excited to share a memorable experience together. I bet any other night this place is great, just not on Valentine’s Day smh

Tremendous small plates and dips. Grilled whole fish was perfectly cooked and delicious

Thank you for an excellent experience. It was the little details - regular but not too overbearing visits by our server, he mentioned that the dips were recipes of the chef's grandma, he poured extra dressing onto our salads when he realized that we did not take the entire portion. He allowed us to taste the dine out menu even though dine out had finished. Friendly, and genuine customer service made our experience memorable. Thank you to the team for this wonderful experience.

I did not get the big fuzz about this place. I had high hopes I guess

Everything was pretty good, I had high expectations based on reviews and was a little disappointed with the lobster pasta, was quite bland but the lamb was great.

Servers went above and beyond! Food was out of this world delicious!!
