It was my second time and it was nothing like the first! Waitress was rude, had attitude and knew nothing about the lunch menu. Service was verrrrry slow and the food was not worth the wait. The salmon appetizer was ok and the cod dish with black rice was not good at all. Salty and the components did not work well with each other. It gave my friend and I sore stomachs all day.
Outdoor terrasse is a bit too small and small tables
Great food , great place
The food is great but the prices are too high for the quantity.
The atmosphere was upscale but the food was trying a little too hard to be. While items were prepared well, it appeared as though some of our seafood was not cooked with the Paella but rather was added after the fact.
Excellent restaurant. Cependant cuisine inégale d'un soir à l'autre. Excellent poulet de cornouailles mais pain coca trop cuit et paellas pas assez savoureuses.
Terrific service and food
Very small portion for the price.
Thank you, Ibérica for a lovely evening. We were celebrating a "mini" reunion of Concordia University friends now living in different cities. Great food, great service...we were well taken care of!
Great food and Maria was great with her suggestions for the most memorable food experience. Very accomodating to special requests.
We had a delicious meal on the patio, great service.
Amazing culinary experience! Staff was friendly and very professional.
Went with a large group. Mario suggested we let him chose a variety is tapas. He read our group perfectly and brought out exactly what we were in the mood for. Delicious food. Great wine. Very reasonably priced. 5 stars. Mario and Diane are fantastic.
My wife and I were absolutely blown away by the food, presentation and atmosphere. It is a must go to when visiting Montreal. Usually we stay near old Montreal, but this time we tried the Mont Royal district and we are very pleased. Will be doing the same next time we visit.
We enjoyed a very nice glass of sangria and some delicious, fresh tapas and chicken and seafood paella. The coca con tomate was perfectly simple and flavourful. Very friendly host.
Outstanding. From the service, to the food, to the decor. The Gambas al ajillo and Dados de Solomillo a la pimenta negra and Ostras were AMAZING. And of course, the seafood paella is a must! Thank you to the staff for making my birthday dinner wonderful.
Excellent food. But the walls. What’s with that. This one place I would go back.
Our waiter provided poor service though the food was very good. He hardly spoke to us and seldom came by to see how we were. Maybe because his English is not good, or because we did not order any alcoholic beverages or hopefully not because we were Asian and American. Nonetheless, we still provided a tip albeit 12%. As for this restaurant, beware that they adjust the currency exchange rate upward to make a petty profit. Would not recommend this place which is too bad since the food was not bad.
Excellent as always. A must every time we are in Montreal.
Nice experience , all the dishes are tasty and yummy , will come back
Great athmosphere. Super food. Place to visit in montreal
But the music is too loud...We are there to discuss together not to shout...So would you please diminish the sound it will be more comfortable.
Amazing food and excellent service, always a pleasure to be there!!! Can't wait to come back !!!
Good for groups. It may not suit for a date as a bit noisy. food was great, fish and oysters of high quality
From start to finish, this meal was spectacular! Interesting menu, great flavors, and a wonderful atmosphere.
The pulpo and pan con tomate were particular standouts in a meal where everything was great.
Food was good but a bit expensive. It's true that we are downtown Montreal but I find it expensive.
Good food! Great service
Good but not great version of paella which is supposed to be their specialty. Service was very good. For the price there are many better options.
Came here craving for seafood. But wowed by their meat platter. Lamb, veal and steak all done to the point with grilled vegetable and potatoes on the side. It is enough feeding our family of three. The seafood paella gives us a good variety of seafood to nibble on. Will come again!
Nous avons eu un service hors-série. Les repas de très haut qualité offrent une expérience entre la cuisine traditionnelle et la sophistication gourmet.
The best! Absolutely!
Food selection and preparation very good. Not too many places in N America make Salmorejo well but this restaurant certainly does. Service was top notch!
Great food, service and ambiance. I wasn't expecting that level of refinement. It's a little expensive but way above the quality of "competitors".
I really enjoyed my meal at iberica and can honestly say it was one of the better experiences I have had in Montreal. Portions were of the expected size for a tapas restaurant but even the salad and paella was comfortably shared among 2 people. The price point is on the higher side but not unreasonable. My individual bill totaled $120 (before tip) but that included an appetizer, salad, meal, dessert and 2 drinks. Based on the amount and quality of each dish, I was not displeased.
The service was attentive and professional but not overly friendly. My questions were answered and orders taken without much in the way of recommendations or questions.
I travel to Montreal once a month and will definitely add Iberica as a must visit to my list.
This was the best meal we've had in (probably) a year - can't wait to go back!
L'endroit est agréable, l'ambiance était sympathique et la nourriture bonne.
Another great night at Ibérica
