Slow service, small portions, the Eataly in São Paulo is unbelievably better. That being said, I found the best assortment of sheep cheese in the store. Will definitely go back for more, but will avoid the Patio.

Our second lunch on the Eataly Patio within 2 weeks. Sheena Z looked after us extremely well on this occasion. The Burrata Caprese, Shrimp, lamb and pork belly skewers were all outstanding and we enjoyed a bottle of red wine from Sicily which is similar to a Pinot Noir and complemented both the seafood and meat dishes. We also enjoyed the Foccaccia Rossa, Pasta and Margarita Pizza. Very beautiful Patio and very comfortable chairs with cushions.

L'atmosfera è incantevole, con tanto spazio e una piacevole brezza serale. Il patio è ben curato, con un'abbondanza di piante e fiori che creano un'atmosfera rilassante. Il servizio è stato impeccabile, il personale era cordiale e attento alle nostre esigenze. Il cibo (pizza, pasta, antipasto di pesce) era delizioso, con una discreta selezione di piatti che hanno soddisfatto tutti i nostri gusti. Ho particolarmente apprezzato la freschezza degli ingredienti utilizzati nei piatti. Nel complesso, Il Patio di Eataly è un luogo perfetto per una serata tranquilla/una cena tra amici. Consiglio vivamente di visitarlo per un'esperienza culinaria e atmosferica straordinaria. Complimenti al personale e ai gestori di questo locale.

Il Patio di Eataly is a great spot when the weather is sunny and not too hot. Its nice to sit outside in a very private area and have lunch, a drink or dinner. The service was excellent and very accomodating. The menu is small but does have good appetizer, pasta and pizza choices, as well as cocktails and wine offerings. However, any kind of coffee, tea or desserts are not available.

Why do Toronto servers have such a difficult time with removing dirty dishes? Time and again your bill is paid and the dirty dishes are still sitting on the table.

A most enjoyable lunch on Eataly’s Patio on Friday Sept 8. Loved the Menu which is different from Eataly’s other restaurants which we also enjoy. Charles provided an exceptional service. The Patio is pretty and surrounded with tall flowers making it quite private and the Patio furniture is very comfortable. Thank you.

The ravioli was a huge disappointment compared to the same dish served prior to Covid. There used to be a lovely sauce with the pasta, but that has disappeared. We will have to find another favourite.

Don’t waste your time or money on this restaurant. This isn’t an authentic Italian food experience, it is more an American interpretation of Italian food. Service was really rude, drinks were diluted with water. Poor staff who probably are working for money-driven entrepreneurs who cut on the quality on all aspects of the restaurant.

Our waitress was rude, impatient and had no understanding of customer service. It was disappointing to us that there is no dessert or coffee service at the end of the meal. We told the manager about our experience and he did his best to rectify the situation.

It was a beautiful day to eat outside. Service was good. Food was served in a timely manner. Everything was tasty. The only glitch was getting the bill. We waited after the table was cleared, servers working around made no eye contact and eventually, had to call out and flag them. The bill was then presented promptly.

good service, otherwise a ripoff, a glass of chardonnay was $23.00. This is an outpost of Eataly, no coffee, no gluten free pasta or pizza, no access to a washroom, right beside a noisy street.

I have been to your restaurant many times since you have been open. It's mostly the location that's convenient for me and some of my friends, as I live on Bay Street. Your menu has shrunk drastically since the beginning, e.g. the lovely wild mushroom pizza is now only available upstairs and being a pesto-vegetarian I have little to chose from. I have bought the ravioli I ordered yesterday also upstairs and they are O.K. I tasted my friend's shrimp and artichokes and those were excellent. I still don't understand why you don't serve coffee - I don't really mind that but it puts many people off. You could easily make another 20% profit if you served coffee, then people would also order a desert...you are an Italian restaurant after all. You cannot help the terrible noise coming from Bay Street, but some kind of a noise protection screen could be a possibility, if you speak to the right experts. I wish you all the best and more success in the future...hopefully with a few improvements!

Very patient and understanding with me as I had to wait for over an hour for my friend to arrive. She had to flee a subway platform stabbing and called Eataly. The message was personally delivered by staff!

We were rushed to leave by the waitress who started at 5pm. She was rude. The gentleman before her was fine. Too noisy. You need to put up a shield to prevent noise and car pollution. Mediocre wine was expensive. Not good. I am a regular inside and much prefer the inside options. Thank you

This place was underwhelming and overpriced to say the least. We ordered two pasta dishes and two pizzas. The ravioli wasn't even cooked. Portion size was very small. The table we sat at was super wobbly and the plates we were given were chipped all over. I was expecting much more considering the prices. Huge disappointment considering we were there to celebrate my son's birthday.

So disappointed! Have been many times and go at least once a summer on the patio. Service was terrible. They no longer have the privacy wall to block traffic. Pizza arrived 20 minutes before the 3 pastas.

Unfortunately I didn't enjoy my lunch yesterday. The patio was incredibly loud with construction seemingly going on just south of the patio. The patio is way too close to the street and we could feel trucks blowing past. I was there for a busienss lunch and could barely hear what my client was saying. At one point we looked over at our server and she had her hands to her ears. Service was meh. Didn't find our server or the guy at the bar all that friendly and if I am being honest, our server was a little short with us. Our lunch was also way overpriced - 1 salad, 1 scallop appetizer, 1 order of foccacia and 2 order of the shrimp and zucchini skewers + 2 bottle sparkling water was over $100. No thanks

Service was terrible. When one of our friends pizza arrived twenty minutes before everyone else’s food the server would t accept feedback that he should have informed us when we ordered that this would be the case. Instead he was rude and avoided our table for the rest of the night.

The food is superb! My only disappointment: one of the appetizers arrived after the two pizzas (main course) arrived, and it was hard to fit everything on the table. I really would have preferred to enjoy the appetizers before the main dishes arrived. That won't stop me from coming again however.
