    This was my third visit to a steakhouse while in Austin. The server was enthusiastic and attentive at first, but this soon faded. He disappeared after the order was placed. Someone else delivered our food, but no sides, sauces, or steak knives were included. I had better service in the hotel restaurant, which was considerably busy. Remember, this was after 10 p.m., and there were only a few tables of customers.

    I went here on a solo date— probably my new favorite steakhouse! French onion soup was immaculate, steak and frittes DELISH & those drinkssss (I had the blackberry smash and cosmo) GOOD! Andrew and his other colleague at the bar were amazing. I will definitely be going back!! Yummy!!!

    Appetizers were amazing, chicken fried lobster and the scallops. Steaks were perfectly cooked combined with the flaming bourbon infused salt presentation which brought even greater flavors to a magnificent Japanese Wagyu fillet. Sides of corn and green beans were nice complements to the steaks. Wine list for Coravin pours was exceptional, had the Adapation with steaks plus a bottle of champagne to start. The service was 5 star, Edgar was knowledgeable, courteous, professional and above all he was hospitable. Couldn’t have asked for a better dining experience!!

    My husband and I chose 3 Forks for our 20th Anniversary dinner and we were not disappointed! The staff made our celebration very special starting with a complimentary glass of bubbly. Both dinners were amazing and we ended it all with a nice complimentary dessert on an amazingly decorated plate, wow! To top off our night, we had a very nice photo taken/printed with a nice card included. Very well done and way above and beyond our expectations! Thank you!

    Excellent food and impeccable service. Brent, our waiter, was knowledgeable and met our needs flawlessly. It was my father’s 72nd birthday dinner, and this was the perfect place to celebrate life. From the first cocktail to the last sip of espresso, we all had a marvelous experience at III Forks.     The food at this place is absolutely phenomenal and the service is truly outstanding. Although we encountered a minor issue with one of our steaks being overcooked, the staff went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Not only did they bring out a new steak and remove it from the bill, but they also surprised us with complimentary shrimp cocktail and a full tray of delicious desserts. Throughout the entire experience, both the manager, Terry, and our server, Gina, made multiple visits to our table to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. I can confidently say that I have never encountered better service anywhere else.

    Outstanding in everyway. The Fillet Mignon in bone was exceptional. Highly Recommended. Same for the Texas Lobster bites, a unique spin on a classic seafood king.

    We really enjoyed our Thanksgiving dinner - it was delicious and everything you would want to have. Everyone at the restaurant was very nice and helpful from the front staff to the servers. One thing - it would be really nice to have a way to help out your disabled guests. The valet is quite a distance from the restaurant door. Maybe you could find a way to call them to get a car to the front door? Thank you for making our day special!

    We came here on Thanksgiving for a "leftover free" dinner. This was our first outing and we were very impressed. Ambience, food, and service were exceptional. Not inexpensive, but we will certainly keep them on the short list for special occasions.

    We booked through open table and mentioned it was my brother's birthday, party of 7. WOW, III Forks pulled out all the stops with zero direction from us. They gave us a private room, the most excellent attention, two kinds of cake and a birthday shot for the table. We could not have been happier with the quality of service and of course, Ben, our head waiter was such a delight.

    We love lllForks, one of our favorite restaurants. Ryan our server did a great job helping us celebrate a 64th birthday. Terek the manager is always Outstanding!! Meant allot he recognized us from past visits even down to what we were in town for. Greatly appreciated the birthday cakes and the complementary tasting of Japanese whiskey and White Russians. The Food is always Excellent as well as the service, Highly recommend lllForks for any occasion. Richard W

    This place is amazing!! Hands down the best food/drink I’ve had in Austin. Will, our server was great, knowledgeable, and very attentive. I don’t think we ever really asked for anything. It would just appear like he knew what we needed! It will definitely be on my list of places to come when I visit Austin!

    We have been dining here for over 10 years. We've never had a better steak and there are so many choices: strip, filet, ribeye, ribeye cap, tomahawk, etc., and do you want choice, prime, 75 day dry aged, Wagyu? Just as important for us is the service. My wife and I met when we were both in the restaurant business, many years ago, so we know good food and good service. Try to get either Edgar or Eric as your captain (waiter). Both are outstanding! We have never been disappointed, which is why we keep coming back year after year. Prices are reasonable for both, food and wine. It is our benchmark: we compare all fine dining places against III Forks. None are as good when it comes to steaks. We go to Eddie V's for seafood, but always to III Forks for steak. And yes, there are other good steak houses in Austin. A second choice might be Eddie V's or Perry's or Bob's, but III Forks is #1.

    NY Strip was good, not as good as I've had in the past at III Forks. I've had a couple of the best steaks of my life there in the past, this one wasn't in that category. Appetizer and sides were excellent as usual Service was impeccable, as it has been every time I've been there. As a nice touch, the waiter gave us each a pour of a very good red wine on the house and the manager came by to greet us.
