   Expérience vraiment unique. J’ai adorée ma soirée souper opéra. Bonne bouffe et bonne musique, mes deux passions étaient comblées. Le personnel est accueillant et chaleureux.

   Dinner was very fun!! Great cocktails and apps, excellent pasta entrees and delicious desserts plus an impromptu operatic tenor solo in Italian!! If you visit Montreal eat here👍

   The 3 of us had both the raviolis on the menu and the Macreuse de Boeuf, all were excellent. The red wine our server recommended was absolutely delicious. A wonderful meal! We will return to this gem of a restaurant!

   Vraiment agréable, staff compétent et amicales . La bouffe était savoureuse , simple et fait avec des ingrédients frais .Tout ce que je recherche dans un resto italien rustique . Le chef chante de l’opéra à chaque service . Vraiment sweet .

   Tout était parfait. Tous les plats étaient savoureux. Le chef Bazzali est venu nous voir au début du repas. Il nous a chanté des airs d’opéra. J’ai rarement eu un serveur qui était aussi souriant, aimable et attentionné. Nous étions 5 et tous nous allons recommander le restaurant à notre entourage. C’est certain que nous allons y revenir. Une belle découverte. Un pur bonheur.

   C'était un lundi donc quand-même assez calme. Le décors est très original et chaleureux. On avait la musique juste au dessus de nous donc pas toujours facile pour les conversations mais ds l'ensemble c'était topissime!!! Nous y retournerons quand le chanteur y sera. Tout était délicieux et portions généreuses.

   We really enjoyed that this restaurant offers real vegan options on the menu (not just a salad or french fries!). The vegan pasta bolognese and vegan pizza were very good. The chickpea croquettes as appetizers were excellent. Dessert was delicious, we took the almond & orange cake with caramelized chocolate-coconut milk. Plus, the chef came out during the evening to sing a short opera excerpt. The whole dining experience was lovely.

    First time bête such a great experience. Food was excellent, service was good, friendly staff and we were surprised by a short opera performance by the chef/owner himself Davide Bazzali, he even came to greet us at our table at the end of our service. Will definitely be going back.

    Our party had pasta, pizza & fish and all the dishes were delicious! Davide’s opera singing just adds a magical touch to the quaint ambiance - you almost feel like you’re in Italy. We’ll all looking forward to going back. I highly recommend Il Bazzali ⭐️

    Nous avons adoré notre souper au restaurant Il Bazzali. L’ambiance est chaleureuse, le service impeccable et extraordinaire et la nourriture excellente. Le restaurant est fait de façon à offrir de l’intimité aux tables et le niveau sonore est bas, sauf lorsque le chef chante (mais nous n’étions pas pour nous en plaindre), ce qui le rend idéal pour un souper en amoureux. Il est certain que c’est un peu dispendieux, mais la qualité de la nourriture et du service le justifie. C’est simplement c’est un restaurant où nous n’irons pas toutes les semaines, mais lorsque nous aurons envie de passer une agréable soirée en tête à tête, c’est une place où nous retournerons.

    Service super agréable et rapide! La nourriture était délicieuse, les plats copieux et excellents mais en comparaison les desserts nous ont un peu déçu! Le chef Ténor est incroyable, on se sent comme à la maison!! On reviendra !

    Very nice, cozy, and full restaurant late on a Saturday night in February. Had Ciabatta bread and Arancini to start. We mixed and matched a vegetable-laden Gnocchi plate and Ravioli Toscana, each outstanding on its own. Owner and Chef Davide performed a song before everybody and has an incredible voice! He came over to chat with us and other customers and was genuinely appreciative of our business. We each finished with tiramisu (served in a mason jar) and cappuccino. Every course was excellent and we hope to come back for one of the opera nights if the one song performance was any indication of things to come!

    Nice place. Food uneven. One of us liked their cod very much. Ravioli dish uninspired. Similarly with the wines. Nice ambience very pleasant staff

    Neighborhood gem in Little Italy with exceptional food and service. The opera singing owner/chef can carry a tune as well as turns out delicious pasta dishes, especially the spaghetti carbonara, ravioli parmigiana and ravioli Toscana.The staff is terrific. Can’t wait to go back.

    Les portions sont beaucoup trop généreuses, aucun de nous avons tout mangé. Suggestion : diminuer les portions et réduire les prix. Le Chef ténor vraiment apprécié. Merci !

    Excellent resto...2nd time and not the last. Owner very sympathetic and talented We had the extra with his beautiful voice... Hé also came to speak with us at our table. Do not see this in a lot of restaurants !

    Mon mari a trouvé que la morue dans cette sauce tomatée aurait eu avantage à être au moins salée car malgré la sauce elle était fade. Mes raviolis étaient bons au goût mais manquait d'un minimum de sel que j'ai demandée et qui a beaucoup amélioré leur saveur. Si les raviolis avaient été plus petits, ils auraient été plus intéressants. Quand on les coupaient, souvent la farce tombaient à côté de la pâte . La macreuse de boeuf était délicieuse.
