Great service. The calamari and charcuterie board were delicious. Love the big slice of parmesan on the Cesar salad and the pasta dishes were amazing. You can tell they make their own pasta.

We had the lobster pasta ( Yonnarelli Aragosta) and the veal Saltimbocca and both were excellent. There was lots of lobster, and the pasta was definitely handmade. The veal culets were crispy on the outside and very tender inside, seriously, some of the most delicious I've had ever tasted. We shared a starter of the pink grapefruit with prosciutto and it was a delightful combination. The food was all quite good and we really enjoyed it. Service was right on point, and everything was served surprisingly fast.

The interior ambiance was inviting and mellow with great decor paired with low lighting. We were a group of three and seated outdoors, per our reservation at 6 PM, which was the smart choice since the interior was becoming crowded. The patio has heated lamps and a fireplace that kept the area warm enough that we weren't bothered by the colder weather. The service was lacking, unfortunately. Our server was friendly but extremely preoccupied. I appreciated that she spoke Spanish and could describe the dishes in better detail to some members of my party, but she was overall slow. Waters took too long to arrive and the Black Manhattan I had ordered was delivered with a sticky residue on the outside of the glass which I had to wipe off myself. And for some odd reason, she would not leave the cocktail menu at the table. The Calamari Fritti appetizer was ordered and was brought with the complementary bread, which was supposed to be provided sooner. The dishes ordered were the Salmone, Pollo Marsala, and Tagliatelle Aragosta. All were as delicious as described but arrived almost 40 minutes after we had ordered. The main reason, however, for giving such a low rating was due the accusation of dining and dashing. The bill was brought, my card was charged, the bill was signed, and then we left. Several minutes after leaving, I received a phone call from the Il Corso hostess asking where I had gone and there was an issue with the bill. In the middle of this accusation I overheard someone tell her something and she returned to me with, "Oh nevermind." When I asked her what the issue was, she replied, "We couldn't find your bill but one of the servers found it, so it's ok." then hung up. Had I dined and dashed, why would I answer their phone call? There was no apology for their mistake or for the accusation since they were happy to find the bill. Due to this insult, I will not be returning to Il Corso, but maybe you will have a more enjoyable.

Food was average to below average. Ok Pizza. Pasta was nice. Veal parmigiana was tender but smelled like cooking oil. Drinks were ok. Service was poor. Our server made so many mistakes, I can’t list them all. Either he was extremely distracted or he had some hearing challenges. Wrong dishes were brought to the table. He forgot an entire meal, he mixed up the checks, etc, etc

FABULOUS meal at Il Corso! It was exactly what we were hoping for - a relaxing, tasty Italian dinner. The service, the ambiance, and the food were all fantastic. My husband ordered the linguini and clams, we shared grilled calamari, and I had the Mediterranean salad and octopus. We loved everything - generous portions and reasonable prices as well!

Very good food as usual. I had the cioppino, my partner had the veal and my guest had the ravioli. All prepared well and served hot. The bar let me down a bit similar to the last time. A very good manhattan was not very good by using crappy maraschino cherries. By all that is holy please start using Luxardo cherries. Very Italians and very good.

The atmosphere is lively, and the menu is varied. Prices for some pasta dishes seem a bit high but the quality of the food is very good. The pappardelle was very good as was the ravioli but the quantity of ravioli was considerably smaller.

We had a reservation for 4 people at 7pm and 2 others joined us. It was awesome the restaurant staff were able to accommodate us. However, 2 of our party are vegan and nothing on the menu is indicated as Vegan!!! The waiter thought cheese was Vegan! Luckily our friends were able to decipher the menu and find & create some food working with the waiter. We told the hostess upon our leaving that they really need vegan offerings. Even the olive oil mixture served with bread had Anchovies and Parmesan mixed in! This is why our rating is lower than we normally would give. PLEASE add vegan items to your menu and table toppings, as well as gluten free indications! We are locals and like to take our friends out locally. We won’t return until your menu is more accommodating.

It was a pleasure having you last night and the hostess did bring this to my attention. Gluten free option are available any pasta can be made gluten free and many of the main courses are gluten free. As for Vegan we can accomadate that as well, for example a primavera pasta with mix vegetables, an arrabiatta pasta or even a mix mushroom risotto. I am sorry the waiter didn't offer theses options. The chef as well would have more than happy to visit the table and go over some options for vegan, vegetarians or whenever some one has an allergy. Thank you for your business as a local and hopefully next time we can accomodate you better, please don't be shy to ask for the chef. Grazie Claudio

We had an awesome experience at Il Corso last night. We started with a bottle of 2017 Poggio Nardone Brunello di Montalcino, which set the tone for a wonderful evening. The Pomodori E Burrata salad was fresh and well-seasoned, with the string beans adding a delightful crunch. The Calamari was good, but it didn't personally wow me. However, the Tartuffo Pizza was a pleasant surprise. The flavors were well-balanced, the bread was perfectly made, and it paired wonderfully with the Poggio Nardone. For our main course, we chose 'The Immigrant' Paicines Red Blend 2017, along with a medium rare Bistecca a la Florentina and roasted vegetables. The steak was cooked well, although some of the sides were slightly overcooked but still tender and juicy. We skipped dessert as we were full and opted for coffee instead. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and we all agreed that we will definitely return.

Dr. Wigod we apologize about the lack of service and your opinion about the food, the Cioppino and the Prawns Special. Our seafood arrives fresh every other day. But when something is not of liking or terrible we encourage to let us know preferably a manager so we can fix or replace it to your liking. Not saying anything tipping 20% leaving and writing this review does not help anyone.

Mrs. Gibson our pizza we use fresh mozzarella, which sometimes can we a little soft. We do allow service dogs, but do to California laws and having an open kitchen we are not allowed, we have been checked in the past. We would love to have dogs allowed, trust me I have yorkies, but unfortunately its out of our control and we dont want to go against the health department. Hopefully its different in Washington, but we apologize for the situation.

The food and service was generally good. We did have a service hiccup, which was not handled well by the manager, which then made our overall experience so bad and, frankly, insulting, that we will never return. It’s unfortunate that the actions of one customer-unfriendly manager can ruin all the hard work of a talented team of professionals. Again, the food is well-crafted, but we will not be back.
