Lugar imperdible siempre que venimos a Querétaro y que ha sabido mantener la excelente calidad. El carpaccio de pulpo es una delicia, así como el salmón alcaparrado y el robalo. Excelente atención y comida. Muy recomendable.

Everything that we ordered we were very pleased with with the exception of the dessert. We ordered the apple tart, and to otaste there was not a sufficient layer of apple on the pastry. The ice cream on the top was very good though. As usual , the service was excellent.

Todo estuvo muy bien. El único detalle es que hablé para avisar que nuestra intención era llegar a las 15:30 pues es la hora a la que podíamos, pero el sistema de reservaciones en línea no es flexible para la elección de horarios; pese a que avisé, me dijeron que no podían guardar mi reservación hasta esa hora y que vencía a las 15:15, por lo que tuve que suspender algunas actividades para llegar a tiempo y no perder la mesa. Me parece que podían haber sido comprensivos y apartar la mesa 15 minutos más, pero no lo fueron; ese es el único pero que le pongo.

Desde la llegada todo estuvo muy bien. Me sorprendí de la mesa que nos tenían reservada. La mejor del lugar. Pablo, el mesero que nos atendió, fue excelente en su atención y sugerencias. Tenía mucho tiempo de no ir, pero quedé gratamente sorprendido con la atención, el ambiente y por supuesto la comida.

El mejor tagliatelle trufado sin duda, la calidad de la comida es insuperable, esa noche no había luz en cocina pero au comida y el servicio hicieron que no importara el no tener luz.

Es uno de los favoritos, del tartar de res al spaghetti con ragú, todo está cuidado para hacer una gran experiencia, el vino que nos recomendaron funciono perfecto.

La comida es verdaderamente deliciosa, es una pena que hayan retirado algunos platillos de su menú, especialmente el postre con matcha que solían tener. El lugar es agradable y el servicio es impecable, en general uno de los mejores restaurantes en Queretaro, si tuviera que hacer un comentario sería sobre la iluminación, en las mesas con sillón suele ser demasiada luz y llega a molestar, fuera de eso la velada fue excelente.

Durante mucho tiempo Ilduomo habia sido mi favorito, ya son varias ocasiones que no salgo satisfecho. han subido de manera sostenida los precios (lo entiendo, la inflacion y demás..) pero han bajado la calidad. un corte -que era mi favorito, un bife, cuesta mil pesos, muy duro, pasado de término, sin jugo, con poco sabor. lo demas sigue siendo aceptable.
