One of the worse meals I've ever had. Service was slow. One positive was that they didn't charge us for our food. They only charged us for our drinks.

Il Solito was most excellent. Harvey our server was very helpful in assisting us in our choices and knowlegable about our wine selection. The food choices we made were wonderful to behold and enjoy at the same time. We will come back for sure.

Everything we had was absolutely incredible. Johnny was our waiter and he was super cool, laid back yet professional. He made our experience memorable and also had great recommendations. Get the meatballs!

To say the eggplant parmesan resembled food, would be a stretch. The cheese was gluey, the eggplant crunchy, and the side noodles were tepid and dry. The lasagna, although served piping hot, was flavorless and unremarkable. The wild mushrooms were barely grilled and flavorless. The server was nice and took 2 items off our bill and had to hustle as they were short staffed. I don't know who hurt the chef in the past, but tell them to quit taking it out on the food.

Very disappointed in what used to be one of our fav restaurants. Very limited "Brunch" menu available for a business lunch. Had ceasar salads but no protein was available, either chicken or salmon. Not a very well curated menu. Server tried selling us on breakfast items at 12:30.

The service and atmosphere in the restaurant were wonderful, however the food was somewhat inconsistent. The meal took longer than anticipated by staff to arrive to the table, which is fine as I understand things happen; but the lasagne was a bit cold when it arrived, and the shrimp in the shrimp scampi were overcooked. The highlight of the meal were the garlic foccacia appetizer and the wine selection, and our server was incredibly personable and did a great job ensuring our table was taken care of. Overall, I would consider coming back to this restaurant.

Great meal. Caesar salad, meatball, focaccia bread (a MUST)x lasagna and shrimp scampi, with chocolate/marshmallow dessert, everything was delicious. RJ took care of us and was amazing. We will definitely be back next time we are in Portland!

amazing hospitality by our server Harvey was so attentive and kind. He gave us great recommendations. Omg!!! everything was amazing. the food, the quality, the service. will definitely be returning whenever we are craving Italian :)) I got the pork belly raddiatore which was so beautiful and light for pasta. We got the Italian salad and the garlic focaccia for the table. My boyfriend got the lasagna and it was such. good portion. Everything was perfect.

Celebrated my dates birthday at Il Solito upon recommendation of a friend. Was not disappointed as the food was excellent. Portion size was slightly below average and pricing is on the high side. Service was top notch. Would definitely recommend.

The food choices were good and the portions were copious. My husband had the steak special which was an artful stack of perfectly cooked slices. The tiramisu was yummy. The wine list is extensive with some good by the glass choices. But the reason for my enthusiasm was our server Devon. He steered us towards some good choices but it was his personality and sense of humor that made our evening. When we return it will surely be because of him.

This was our 1st time there and we came specifically for the drag show.The show itself was awesome and we really enjoyed it.The only negative was that the limited menu really was way too limited.We were not interested in the 3 choices that were offered but conceded.The meals were fine but would not have been something. I would have regularly ordered and for that price. It does not seem fair. Similarly. We each had a cocktail at $17. A piece and the glasses were very small.It's not really worth it for a total bill of a $115.

Il Solito was a great expereince for Mother's Day. The food we ordered tasted great and was made with great attion to detail. When we arrived, we didn't know we were getting the Brunch menu. The choices on the menu had something for everyone in the group. Next time I want to ensure we have the Dinner menu. The service was very good, knowledgable and friendly. We will definitely go back.

Easter dinner “ just the two of us” We were warmly welcomed and Kira was our waitress! We also got a great education from a bartender ( forgot his name but he was great) about some very upscale drinks being introduced… yummy! There were many good choices on the menu their Focaccia bread was outstanding and theItalian salad, quite large, was delicious! We had the delicious Lasagna with Bechemel sauce and a delicious Radditoria pasta with pistachios and pork pieces. ( sorry for all the misspelled words). Full pour great glass of Barberra red wine and a delicious Negroni Dessert was a creamy Tiramisu A great dinner was enjoyed! Cheers Highly recommended
