Infusions Restaurant - Okanagan College
*Restaurant hours are subject to change pending student curriculum.
Once again we had an incredible meal at Infusions. This time we experienced the delights offered at the buffet. The variety of choices was unbelievable, and we attempted to sample far too many. Our group of 8 were all impressed.
Your student chefs did a fantastic job!! Food is great and they are willing to try something new. Thank you all.
We were there with a group of 5. Most of us did not like the pay parking; this was new to us. It will be the reason we will not come back, although we enjoyed the food. It was a little noisy and busy with the clients walking up and down to the buffet. I have to mention that our group consists of all octogenarians. We don't like noise, period. I hope lots of younger people will enjoy the food, which is good.
Arrived at 12.15. Their was only a fraction of desserts left, but the chef kindly served a fruit plate thanks
We went to dine last Thursday and the food was below average.
We had much better previous time.
I have had a lunch and a dinner at Infusions in last two months and do not hesitate in giving the highest appraisal for the quality of the food, the artistry of the presentation, the service and the outstanding menu. The teaching staff and the students should be proud of what I regard as the best restaurant meal in Kelowna.
We appreciated meeting the students who were serving. They gave us some good insights about the food dishes that were being served. The dessert table was a little sparse.
Thanks for a great dining experience.
Everything was lerfect
This was a wonderful restaurant experience. The food was wonderful, the staff outstanding and the experience was memorable.
The signage is not well done, and while I appreciate this is a school and not a business, that could be improved.
It is a shame that the college doesn’t do a better job of marketing as there was plenty of space for others to share in this great experience.
Everyone in our group were extremely impressed with the entire experience. The food was superb, the presentation perfect, the staff amiable and generous. We could not have asked for anything more.
We always enjoy our meals prepared by the students. The presentation of the plates and attention to detail is always appreciated. Our service was excellent and we always leave eager to return.
5 star food in a college cafeteria environment and at excellent prices - probably about half the usual price for the same meal, great and friendly service.
I had the Chicken Penne. I was disappointed because the chicken was the dark meat which I don't like. No where in the menu does it state that. Also, the noodles could have been cooked more. A little too chewy.
Infusions offers such great food at a very affordable price. I always especially love the desserts. The wait staff is so kind and friendly.
Really enjoyed our first meal at infusions, plan to go back many more times and to tell our friends about it.
Infusions was the perfect place for a quiet faculty retirement lunch. Thank-you for the cake!
Short ribs presentation was beautiful and tasty, service is professional and friendly best in the Okanagan.
Cream brûlée is delicious with the plate presentation loaded with colour with the raspberry coulee and white meringue to complement. thank you
A perfect evening!
We had been before but our friends had not.
They loved it as well.
Infusions offered a comfortable and quiet setting that was great for a visit with friends. The food was delicious and came with lovely extras; and the service was fantastic. The prices were very reasonable and the menu was varied enough to meet everyone's taste. The whole evening was very enjoyable.
Super friendly professional service.
Redecorating the dining room and hanging Alex Fong watercolours makes this our restaurant of choice, not to mention, tasty, delicious, ample servings of creative dishes at great value pricing.
We heartily recommend this gem for haute cuisine dining. The best kept secret in the Okanagan!
thank you students and staff.
I just love going to Infusions.....I do tell most of my friends but some are so hesitant that they only go if I tag along....that is fine with me and I love Thursday bread and buns made by the students. Leslie is a wonderful luncheon hostess.
Ladies from our hiking group getting together
Very fresh food with great presentation.
The presentation was very nice, the food selection was good and tasted great. The staff is friendly. The price is very reasonable.
The parking situation however is terrible.
Fabulous food, great service, loved watching the live video of the chefs in training preparing our dinner.....
The service and food was amazing!!! The menu had something for everyone, the taste was delicious and sophisticated and the presentation was beautiful. The only real criticism we have is that the restaurant is almost impossible to find. There is no signage and this does such a disservice to the students and the whole establishment. We will definitely return now that we know how to find it!
Enjoyed our culinary experience. We will be returning and so will the couple that we dined with.
Great value for money and a excellent dinner.great service and would recommend it.
Nice art on the walls and great new menu.
When you buy a meal at a cooking school, you can't expect 5 star restaurant fare. The menu is always interesting at Infusions, the value very good and service from Suzanna always top notch. What disappoint sometimes is the lack of consistency on the plate. Everything in the right place, but not usually at the right temperature or consistency. Case in point=first course = soup - great texture and flavor, but a skin on the top from sitting too long. Next, main course steak - cooked perfectly, but vegetables were cold to luke warm. Timing and presentation...very important. One at our table of 5 thought her medium rare steak was overcooked. The response should have been "let me replace that for you" instead we got "oh, that's too bad"
Will continue to support the school - need to tighten up communications. Web said full menu available but when we arrived there were only 2 aps and 2 mains offered. Room for improvement - we will come back
Really yummy food! Students are just learning so not perfection but overall it was great!
We tried Infusions for the first time on Valentine's Day, having heard great things about it. We were not disappointed: the service is friendly and helpful and the food from the students is incredible. Do yourself a favour and try Infusions; you're also supporting the Culinary Arts students.
Excellent tasting food. Will be going back soon I’m sure
Delicious Valentine's Day Dinner! Salmon Dinner was over the moon! Veggies were perfectly al dente. Apparently it was the first meal preparation for this group of students and really was incredible! However the service was slow with long waits between courses. Having ability to bring own wine is a wonderful feature...no cost corkage for VQA wine and $5 for others. The truffles at the end of the meal was a beautiful finale! Will definitely return and spread the word!
This is an excellent place to go for an inexpensive three course meal. It is prepared by students at the college and the dishes can be hit or miss. You are allowed to bring your own wine. I would have liked to have been waited on by learners or professors rather than employees. I would come back for an inexpensive night out.
The food was excellent as was the service. It's a great place for lunch. I haven't tried it for dinner but I'm going to soon. I'm sure it will be great.
Great dining...only parking was a problem ....will definitely be going back
Great food and service. Awesome to support our up and coming chefs!
We dined at Infusions at Okanagan College. Since this is a culinary school, I expect that the food is prepared by students and i would think they would encourage feedback. Hopefully, this feedback is provided to them.
I ordered prosciutto-wrapped cod as a main dish. The cod was very over-cooked.
For desert I had creme brûlée and this was quite undercooked.
The service was very good and overall I saw my meal as very good value.
Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback.
I had the beet salad, main course was link cod and dessert creme brulee.
Beet salad came with goat cheese, I am not really a fan of goat cheese but it was good in this salad it blended nicely with the beet juice. The brocuttio wrapped around the cod was nice and crisp, a wonderful blend of textures served with sauted veggies prepared to perfection. Overall, it was a wonderful meet.
this was the first time I have been at Infusions and I will certainly come again. The meal was much better than I expected it would be. Thank you so much.
