   Isabella’s is just another amazing experience created by the gang from Billson’s. Food was superb, atmosphere amazing and the bar staff kept us entertained while creating our cocktails. Definitely worth the visit!

   Wow! From the atmosphere, to the cocktails, what a remarkable moment to share with family! Whilst the sophisticated ambience was enough to attract the eye, the food was scrumptiously iconic! We indulged in a range of seasonal tapas that Isabella's had to offer, and cannot deny how delicious each dish was, with unique and unsuspecting flavours. We will definitely be back and will not hesitate to recommend Isabella's Cocktail Bar to the entirety of our friends and family.

   From the moment we stepped through the curtain, this hidden Beechworth secret was a delightful and memorable experience. It is a cross between a cocktail bar and fine fining restaurant. The bartenders (mixologists?) did a great job of putting on a show whilst preparing them. They were presented beautifully and were delicious to boot. The food menu is set up in small dishes. We ordered Tostadas and Croquettes for entrees, followed by Quail, Pork and a pumpkin dish as mains. To finish off we each had the Panna Cotta. It was an wonderful meal and a great experience. We will certainly be back.

   Staff friendly and professional. Outstanding cocktails-We had the Isabella (with their house made Isabella gin) nd the smoked whiskey cocktail and we just couldn’t stop sipping. Outstanding Food- the Risotto was to die for .!!!! Dessert- pana cotta was so silky with beautiful flavours. And the Trifle - we normally are not trifle fans but it was next level.Highly recommend coming here for your next date night 😃

    What a wonderful experience it is to drink and dine at Isabella’s. Beechworth’s worst kept secret.😂 Food and service were amazing. Atmosphere was perfect. Had to exercise lots of restraint not to quaff cocktails to excess. Definitely a highlight of our visit to the high country. Will be back as soon as we can.

    What an amazing place to wine & dine. The food was the among the best we’ve ever had. Service was wonderful. If I had one negative thing to say it would be….maybe the offer of some bread, olives, oil or similar when we arrived and enjoyed a cocktail and some bread with the delicious risotto. All in all we loved the dining experience and would recommend to anyone 😊

    this is the perfect little secret gem that Beechworth needed. the food is outstanding and the staff are extremely knowledgeable and attentive. the cocktails are amazing and its a treat to watch the bar staff make them can not wait to go back

    The Soda Bar has a great Vibe, and lovely food. The Cocktails are great and the wine list sufficient. The food is very nice but really only snacks. Whilst it is a bar only, larger plates would be nice and be more comprehensive meals. The staff are very helpful and obliging although they were short staffed.

    We wanted to treat our overseas visitors to a special dinner while in Beechworth, and Isabella’s was the perfect choice! The chef prepared a wonderful selection of dishes for us, including desserts, and Sam whipped up delicious cocktails to complement the menu. The ambiance at Isabella’s is speakeasy meets classy cocktail bar and we had the best time, thank you and see you again soon!

    Awesome! So much fun. It was a Sunday night so pretty quiet which was nice. A bigger birthday group came in for drinks and we were able to watch the bar staff whip up their amazing cocktails, which was entertaining and as good they were a work of art!

    Drink before dinner this place is ideal. Special occasion for couples it's perfect. Small tables made it a cosy event and lighting was great. Cooling was very cool. I should have taken a wrap. But overall I loved the place and will return. I was fascinating by the theatre behind the bar when they made the cocktails. I was impressed.
