   The service and view was phenomenal. The open air space with sounds of the waves crashing and background music was amazing UNTIL…. a band started playing downstairs a the sand bar and then the two different music genres were in competition. My husband ordered the bone in ribeye and I ordered the stuffed chicken. The ribeye was charred on the outside which gave it a bitter flavor and the chicken was not a chicken breast but a leg quarter. We were not impressed with the food.

   Ours was the best dinner we had during our 2 weeks in St. Croix and St. Thomas. The. overall experience was enhanced by our server, Tamara, who took care of us in a very professional and friendly manner!! We were interested in the combination of Asian and Mexican flavors and the culinary staff hit it out of the park!! Great ambiance with muted 'blue' throughout, and beachside location was wonderful. We'll be back next season....

   We ordered the special Rib Eye steak it arrived cold, tasteless, and tough. We also had the tacos which were dry and crumbly. The scallops were good and so was the sushi roll. The Wahoo fish special was very good. The value was not good, the food was overpriced especially for the special steak which was so bad. Service was good. Our waitress was very sweet.

   Greatly disappointed. Havana Blue was originally at this location and one of our favorite places to eat. Heard mixed reviews of Isla Blue but were hoping for a good experience. One dish was the main influence for our disappointment; the shrimp main course. The shrimp was overcooked without taste and some were mushy. We sent the dish back and it was the same situation. The fried whole snapper was good. The bone in ribeye was good but expensive. Cannot recommend going there. Hopefully, they get a new chef.

   You are paying for the view/ambiance not the food. Avg food, presentations were nice. They have a way to go if they want to be a higher end restaurant. Unfortunate given the location and view

   Our waiter was very non- personable. Our guest got a salad that was so very small that I would have been embarrassed to serve it. The only explanation was that it was an appetizer. The food was good but not outstanding for the extreme price. When served the servers did not know who had ordered what. Unprofessional in this type of high end setting.

   Our waitress was the sweetest and the food met all our expectations ! The look and Ambience of restaurant was great and matched the beach chill vibe we were wanting .

    The food wasn’t great. The sushi roll appetizer was very good but our entrees were less than average. Cocktails were good, the bartenders provided excellent service and were a lot of fun to talk to. The atmosphere was great and the view is incredible. Would recommend just going for apps and cocktails to watch a sunset.
