    I’m dinner was good, unfortunately we intentionally went their to have rack of lamb after looking online at several fine dining restaurants, but they had removed it from the menu just forgot to take it off the online menu. We were so disappointed it was hard to then really enjoy our dinner. A drink on the house or something would have been appreciated but it was not offered. It is a lovely restaurant, but with live entertainment it can get quite noisy for chatting. We didn’t relax after our meal, just wanted to be somewhere quieter.

    This was my second time dining here, and everything was fantastic. The only thing I would say I was surprised when I ordered the butternut squash salad thinking it would be enough for a lunch, but it’s really more of a side dish to an entrée size. I hate to complain because everything else was top notch.

    The risotto was undercooked (crunchy). All is the flavours were great. Normally we wouldn’t mind waiting as long as we did since the food is normally awesome. But it was disappointing. Server was lovely.

    Enjoyed the quiet atmosphere on the front porch! We felt fortunate to be seated out there after one of the members of our party stated he would not have been able to hear the table conversation had we been seated in the main dining room.

    We had a great time, service was on point. Our dinners included Calamari as a starter, Filet Mignon, and Pappardelle pasta complimented with a great bottle of cab. Food prep and finish we spectacular! We will return.... :-)

    First visit (after several tries to book reservations) and did not disappoint. Service was great from the welcome, to the complimentary sparkling wine to entree and dessert. The food was beautifully presented, creative and absolutely delicious. A very strong menu for many tastes. Can't wait for next visit

    My wife had duck and I had lamb. Both were excelent. Have never had a poor meal at the Ivy. Excelent and attentive staff without being in your face. Highly recommend.

    This was our first time and we LOVED It. There were 4 of us and we sat right beside the Jazz band. The music was terrific, romantic. The food was superb and we loved the waiter! I have tummy issues after eating pasta and this pasta was top notch! NO issues! We will be back.

    It’s been about a year since we ate here and my wife and I agree that it just wasn’t the same this time around. Don’t get me wrong, the food is delicious and the service is great but it just wasn’t the same. I was asked when reserving if this was a special occasion and I replied ‘birthday’ yet no mention was made while there. Last time we were there for my wife’s birthday they gave her a chocolate with Happy Birthday on it. Not this time around. I know it’s minor however it took the shine off this fine establishment. For us.

    The restaurant is stunning. The complementary side was a very nice touch and delicious too. The vegan food was awesome, this is always a struggle going out. The steak needed salt and pepper but cooked to perfection, the mash potatoes the feature of the plate amazing, the reduction of the red wine was a bit much on the plate to the point were it was over powering. The broccolini’s was bitter which probably didn’t help with the reduction. Caesar salad perfectly balanced. Salmon was beyond moist and like butter just cooked to perfection.

    It was Jazz night and the music level was certainly energetic. I had the bacon and mushroom risotto, while my wife had the ceviche tuna. Both were excellent but the portions were a bit large for us. Had a lovely sauvignon blanc, Crowded House, which had never tried before it too was excellent.

    We had the most amazing dinner that we've had in a very long time. Tracey, our server was an absolute dream and her her experience and professionalism for her craft is truly evident. So hard these days to find amazing service and you are so lucky to have her. The food look gorgeous and tasted like heaven. I am raving to all my friends about your restaurant.

    Have enjoyed previous experiences here and wanted to celebrate our anniversary. It’s a lovely restaurant but this night we were out at the back of the restaurant away from the majority of people. Food was good but prices have definitely gone up since our last visit a month ago. Our server was polite but very pushy on upgrades which we didn’t expect. Spent more money than we expected for what we actually got.

    Super disappointing experience. We usually love this place and recommend it to everyone. We came here the night before our wedding to celebrate and had a pretty lacklustre celebration dinner. Service was slow, food was mediocre, and nothing was said or done about it. No apology or acknowledgment. Just disappointing.

    The food was wonderful, the service was spectacular (thank you Jesse), and the jazz trio was an unexpected joy! I will make a point of returning on a Wednesday, as they are understandably a regular fixture. I thought the atmosphere created by the music was simply beautiful. Thank you for a lovely evening!

    Ivy is a quaint atmosphere with very friendly service and an excellent menu from which to choose. The price is reasonable given the nature of the food preparation. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a place for that special occasion.

    Great service and fantastic food. I recently had dinner at Ivy with 7 business friends and we had a wonderful time. The ambiance was lovely - there was a 3 piece jazz band playing so we were in no hurry to leave. Even though they were very busy and possibly understaffed, we felt well looked after and enjoyed the complimentary prosecco and warm cookies! I will definitely take more friends there soon!
