   It was a great dinner, delicious. However, the burger was a bit on the expensive side. The music was a bit loud so we did have to talk louder than usual to hear each other. The service was amazing though. Friendly.

   What was disappointing was you run out of desserts. Twice we ordered both times the server came back and said no more except the small brownie for one person. With that there should have been some kind of compensation like drinks on the house.

   We spent dinner and it was great. The stuff and the food is above the average. Kids menue worked for kiddos. Overall it was an awesome experience. Would come back for sure!

   Nadia did not check in on us and was rude when taking our order. Didn't make eye contact when we paid our bill, no have a good night or thank you. May not return to this location. Also was not asked about the mobile app so I lost out on earning points for my $40 order! Very dissatisfied! Food was good a least!

   Been going to Jack Astor's for quite a while now and we were very disappointed in our food last night, New Year's Eve. My Sauced and Tossed chicken strips barely had any sauce on them and my girlfriend's Thai Sesame Stir fry wasn't as she remembered, sauce was sparse and completely different. We both asked for extra sauce, which was fine for my chicken, but the sauce for her stir fry was totally different and the waitress explained that it was due to supply chain issues..... Overall very disappointing dinner.

    Didn’t like the waiter he would ask the group behind us if they wanted desert or anything checking in in then but didn’t with us they had mixed our order up as well when I got home and opened my left overs in the go box a fruit fly came out I asked for medium well my steak was medium rare the group came after us and go served first

    I do appreciate your restaurant…service and food…. but I will not come back due to the unprecedented level of noise pollution.. I came to your place many times…without problem…but now?.. You should reduce the level of decibels….and make it a better experience!

    We were seated right on time. Our waiter was great. Drinks were fantastic. The bread was delicious as always. But my steak was well done instead of medium well and it was full of fat. It definitely was not worth what I paid for it. The baked potato was delicious though. The disappointing steak will not stop me from returning but I don't think that I will be ordering a steak again.

    They were busy, which is always a great sign but we felt rushed. The paper on the tables absorbs the dripping glasses and bottles leaving a big wet mess while you’re eating. Not necessary in my opinion. Long waits between visits which speaks to being busy and quite a change from previous visits. Food was very good.

    The chicken Caesar salad was quite good. The garlic bread not so much for the price. The cocktail was good as well. Our waiter was very pleasant. I thank him for his service.

    This location's takeout service is great but our recent dine-in experience was not up to par. It took a while to be seated (despite having an Open Table reso) and they didn't let Open Table know we showed up so they thought we did not honour our reso. Once we were finally seated most of the food was great (bruschetta, chicken fingers, chicken wrap) except for the chicken pad Thai. The chicken was dry and tough and the noodles were all stuck together as if it had been reheated. They also still have a nice selection of craft draft beer on tap. We were just glad to be able to dine out for a change before we go back into lockdown. Hopefully, our next visit is better.

    I had the coconut bowl and was extremely disappointed. Everything in it was soggy. Asked for crispy chicken that too was just chicken. If all just seemed stewed and blah!!! Not impressed and had been looking forward to Jack Astor’s for a while. Just a bad evening I’m guessing
