Jack Binion's Steak House, we eat dinner here once or twice a month, and we love it. Our go to is fried cheese curds, salad, hash browns, and Prime Rib. We alway have enough for dinner the next day.

The only reason my review gets two stars is because the waitress was great throughout our dinner. There were four of us, we were there to celebrate two birthdays. We all ordered steaks. Three filets mignon and one ribeye. We all ordered our steaks the same temp, medium. The ribeye came out cooked closer to medium well but still medium enough, but the filets mignon came out cooked well. They were literally like roasts. We informed the waitress and she agreed and apologized and said they would redo the filets mignon and I said I would eat my ribeye. When they brought back the recooked filets mignon they looked strange. They had no grill marks and they looked like they were almost boiled. We asked the waitress about the appearance and she said the chef cooked them in a sauce pan but failed to put them on the the grill. Everyone tried their filets mignon, they had little to no flavor and were cooked to somewhere between rare and medium rare. Needles to say we were extremely disappointed because in previous visits to the restaurant we had good meals. At this point the manager came over and apologized and asked what she could do for us. We told her we didn't know if there was anything she could do for us because we were so disappointed. In the end she took off the three filets mignon and bought us a dessert. With the meal we also got two sides, asparagus and brussel sprouts. They both lacked flavor and were served cold. The only good part of the meal were the drinks, the company we were with and the waitress. I don't think we'll be back anytime soon. To say we were disappointed is an understatement. For the prices at the restaurant nothing should ever be served the way we received it.

Good food but pricy.i ordered asparagus and it was white in color for some reason. I guess for fancy look. It tasted and just like green. Cozy booth setting.ambiance was great for many type of occasions. Romantic and quiet for the wife and I . We had our reservation at 8:30pm so it wasn't very busy on a Sunday night.

I had been there before also went to the new one that is now in Vegas, and Council Bluffs could train and show them a thing or two. I know maybe Council Bluffs might have Omaha steaks but it’s more than what kind of steaks they carry, since also have the shrimp, and it’s also very good. Sure am glad I can drive to Council Bluffs to Jack Binnions . I will have to find a different place to eat in Vegas. Just another note the BLT that was there before was better.

We kept getting wafts of smoke from the casino. I tried to order the pasta and our waiter told me not to, said people don’t really like it and it comes back to the kitchen 80 percent of the time. Got a salad instead. Pretty disappointed.

I just feel every time we go there lately we’ve been disappointed, crabcakes came out cold food took a very long time ..although our waiter was apologetic. For the amount of money you pay to go and eat there. It was very mediocre.

Sadly, the setup is still more than the substance at JB. We ordered steaks well done. The first time, we basically got rare. We sent it back and one of them at best was medium rare in the center upon its return. If you are a steakhouse and that's supposedly your forte, you have to get that right. The server was kind and understanding, but if you do steaks, you have to do them right.

Went in because of special event in casino! We had 5:00 reservations. We knew we only wanted steaks and a side! Husband ordered a porterhouse and I order a filet migon and with mashed potatoes! Steaks were delicious! Mashed potatoes were lukewarm! Told the waiter and he took back and after about five minutes brought back a semi warm not hot mashed potatoes! Husband steak had a lot of grizzle and was tough! Will never order porterhouse again! And mashed potatoes we’re disappointing

Our Valentine’s Day dinner was perfect. From the moment we entered the restaurant we knew we were about to have an outstanding dining experience all around. The hostess, server, bartender and chefs were all so welcoming and refreshingly happy to be there! Dinner was perfect! Starting with our bar drinks. It’s the little details that make a perfect drink muddled cherries in the Manhattan and the lemon twist in the Lemon Head martini. The crab cakes with tarragon aioli were quite possibly the best we have ever had. The Caesar salad has homemade Caesar dressing and large Parmesan cheese crisps. Both our filets were cooked perfectly medium rare and melted in our mouths. One of the amazing chefs Ian brought our steaks to our table. Our side choice was smoked Gouda mac and cheese it was very creamy and full of flavor. Mike our server was very helpful, and gave wonderful recommendations. Like the special Valentine Cake and espresso dessert martini . My boyfriend loved the crème brûlée with fresh berries Thank you for a memorable and special Valentine’s Day. The questions to get to know your partner were a great touch and we leaned new things about each other.

I can’t even begin to describe what a PERFECT experience we had while dining at Jack Binion’s. The food was absolutely DELICIOUS, but the service we received from our waiter, Jeff, was AMAZING!! In all of my years of dining out, I have never been so pleased with the wait staff. Not only was his service impeccable, but he was one of those guys you’d love to take home to meet your parents… just an all around good ole midwestern guy.
