Wonderful experience with the staff. Although I made a reservation the hostess allowed me to choose what room to sit in. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate an extra chair for a last minute guest. I am a fan of fun, upbeat, cozy friendly restaurants. If you are too this is the place. Loved all of the festive Christmas decorations. Way to go Jack Rabbit.

Took a star off for ambience due to volume of football game, even in back room where we sat away from bar crowd. Service was friendly and fast. , food is great and a good value but I took a star off for variation of seasoning/sauce on some repeat orders. I will definitely be back!

The food was amazing and very reasonably priced in my opinion! It was a bit too loud which made it hard to talk with my friends but everything else was great, clean bathrooms!

Always love this place. If they don’t have the best cheesesteak ever, it’s on the short list. The pan pizza is excellent too. And the burgers. Honestly, everything I’ve had there is great!

This is a fun restaurant with an eclectic choice of seating areas. We were seated in the room near the bar. The only downfall was that we were near the door and got a cold breeze every time it opened. Our waiter was personable and attentive. The food was very good.

Appetizer and salad were good. Entree was only fair. Although the beef tenderloin was okay, the mashed potatoes and vegetable medley need improvement.

I called after we made our reservations and spoke to someone at the restaurant about handicapped parking because we had a disabled person in our party. The person said there were spots in the parking lot and all around. We did find a handicapped parking spot on the street. The restaurant, however, is NOT handicapped accessible. The person I spoke to on the phone never said that. With a lot of difficulty, we made it to our table (down a flight of stairs and up another). The food was okay - not worth the price! What a disappointment overall.

We had a great time. I asked for some specific seating for my elderly parents with mobility troubles- no problem. Food was great, the band was great. Even my half deaf dad was singing along. Thanks for making it a great time for us.

Food was excellent! Went for brunch and we were seated in a really dark part of the restaurant but they eventually turned more lights on. The service was good, we were seated immediately. I’d definitely go back.

Reservations for 3 at 6:15. Had to wait an hour & a half for a real table. Pulled pork Mac n cheese was not available. Not many options on menu. Way more people in bar area than was safe. Probably won't return

We reserved a table and ended up leaving after we put a drink order in and waited over 20 minutes without it coming to the table. The brunch room not great for watching the game and unable to see or hear the TV from our location. Disappointed.

First time here and was pleasantly surprised. The food was amazing, the service was great even while busy and right before the Bills game. It did get nosier the closer it came to game time but that is to be expected! I will be back!

Honestly, the food was very disappointing. Ordered tenders and fries which came out cold. The server replaced the fries (after about 10 minutes of waiting). I only had two bites of the tenders and pushed them to the edge of the table — wasn’t even asked how they were, etc. the drinks were not good.. service was awful. We waited probably 15 minutes to get our drinks the first time. We thought it was going to be great because of the reviews. The service should have been much better considering the restaurant wasn’t at all busy when we were there. The bill was $100 and I’m not really sure how, based on the quality. The outdoor patio was cute but we definitely won’t be going back.

We were there on a sunday when it opened at 11 am and had a reservation. Staff was scurrying around and it was several minutes before seating. The coffee was lukewarm. Asked for hotter, next cup also lukewarm. Had the eggs benedict that came with potatoes. Potatoes were lukewarm at best. Egg undercooked but not bad on the eggs benedict. Server pleasant but young and obviously new. We sat upstairs and the room there is very nicely decorated /pleasant.

I loved the food and atmosphere. I didn't like And thought it was really rude that I was rushed to finish my meal and was told because other people needed my table. This caused me to rush to finish drinking and eating my food. After coming to the restaurant to catch up with a close friend.

Sitting in the patio is honestly a fight for your life. That’s the only way to say it. You’ll have ore than a handful of bees, not only trying to fly around you, but around your food around everything you never really get a break from the bees, which is not bad, but very irritating when you’re just trying to enjoy a meal and the experience. The restaurant is very much aware of the bees, but I assume does nothing to at least minimize the amount of bees that are around when guests are out on the patio. It’s just very risky especially since we came with a baby & we’re also told nothing about bees when being sat out, sad. And it’s not only just one table it’s the whole patio & yes they do not stop bothering you regardless if you just do nothing and try to ignore them. They’ll be in your ear, your food, you feet the list goes on.

This place, as well as most of the other restaurants that I dined at in Buffalo, needs a good scrub down. Floors are filthy and overall environment screams “clean me.”

The food was decent and reasonably priced. The coffee was quite delicious. Our waitress, Kim, was just a delightful person. I absolutely loved her. She was very timely in coming to check on us once our food arrived, timely with the coffee refills. Kim was incredibly friendly and kind. My only complaint was a live music performer (scheduled) came in while we were finishing up our meal and it was insufferably loud. I think we would have stayed longer if he hadn't started performing.

High top tables are very uncomfortable and parties should be asked when making reservations or have a choice when being seated. The tater tots were EXCELLENT and the fruit plate was delicious. Our server was outstanding!! However the bloody mary had no taste, no body and the bacon was soggy and one super tall long celery stick in the glass was off putting. I would not recommend the breakfast pizza. The crust was just awful and for some reason covered in syrup, and not at all what was described on the menu. Had a much better experience with our dinners the last time we were at Jack Rabbit.

Came for brunch with my friend on 8/6/23. Food was cold and returned back to the kitchen. "Thick French toast" wasn't thick. It was 4 slices of thin bread for $14. So my friend changed her order to a bagel. Once chicken and waffles were remade, meal was OK but nothing spectacular. Had to ask for syrup. Server did the right thing and discounted food 50%. No issues with the service and we tipped accordingly. Mimosa flight was excellent. Table was next to live music so it was difficult to talk and hear each other. Overall disappointed in the experience and most likely won't return.

Cool place to sit and drink, but save yourself from the pizza and lukewarm spinach and artichoke dip. Had the brunch on a different trip, which was tasty. The dinner took the wind out of our sails.
