We are big brunch goers and this is our first time trying Jacoby’s but it will certainly become one of our staples because the value for what you get is astounding. The chicken fried steak was so flavorful and the portion size is monstrous! The seasoned breading on the beef has the best taste and texture. The waffles are soft and sweet, but not over powering. The tater tots are a must, they are thick and moist. Crabcake Benedict is a top contender for best Benedict we’ve ever tried, it filled up my boyfriend and he’s never full! We also tried the cheese grits- so good and basically melt in your mouth. The ambiance is fantastic and it’s so cozy and inviting. Our server, B, was so knowledgeable, pleasant, and seemed to genuinely love what he does. Fantastic experience.

Our server, Rachel, was welcoming and a true professional! She was engaging and purposeful with visits to the table. The food was outstanding! We ordered A LOT of food and drinks as we couldn’t decide LOL! Spent more than intended but it WAS worth it!

The food was great! A bit on the pricey side but nothing that should keep you from going. We, unfortunately, had a sub par experience from our server. Things like not knowing what the variable options for the day were, what they were out of before we ordered and forgetting part of our order.

We love Jacoby's and have dined there many times. We took friends from out of town and it did not disappoint. It helped that it was a beautiful evening but the service, atmosphere and food were top notch and we look forward to dining there again.

We ordered various menu items which were delicious but received the wrong entree. Service was not as good as usual, but the manager stopped by the table and did discount the entree due to the kitchen mistake. I think this will be my last at Jacobys. Austin has a lot to offer and I think there are better restaurants in Austin in regards to service and food offered.

All good here. Drinks well prepared, itemized billing was a bit confusing. Martini 9+ 2…negroni 9+2… Texas caviar a big winner! Chicken fried steak excellent but enormousl portion. Service excellent, friendly, and engaging. Likely, as a local to dine here again.

Everything was great! The service was fantastic, friendly and informative. The food was delicious (I will forever crave the stuffed yeast rolls). The drinks were well-balanced and refreshing, my favorite was Carly’s Cosmo. Looking forward to dining at Jacobys again and trying more of the menu.

Everything was great...everyone loved their entrees. Only knock was my half chicken wasn't cooked...left most of it and still waitress never asked why. Besides that loved everything. We'll return but not for the chicken.

The food arrived way too late. There was a mix-up with my order that the restaurant gave us credit for. I didn't notice anything special about this place except for the outdoor sitting setup. Food wasn't anything different from other places. I suggest they take a look at their menu and see if the prices fit the foods for breakfast/brunch. Not sure if I go back there again.

Good food, everything was well prepared. We went at 7:30 on a Wednesday and the service was fine and it wasn’t packed. It was my first time, but I’ll go back to try brunch. Mac and cheese- I’d rate it 4/10 Brussels: 8/10, Parmesan gnocchi: 7/10, Shrimp and Grits: 7/10: not awful it’s just missing more of a wow factor for me. BBQ meatloaf: 8.5/10 enjoyed it! Bread pudding: 6.5/10. It came out so hot, that we couldn’t enjoy the ice cream or cake with. Would’ve enjoy it more if it was more firm in the middle instead of gooey.

Had brunch here. 4 ladies. Ordered two deviled eggs, two of us shared a Bibb salad and the beef hash. The other two ladies had a hash and crab cake Benedict. We ordered it all the same time not thinking and the server brought it all out at the same time. Our mistake for not asking her to course it out but I would have thought at least the deviled eggs would have come out first. The food was very good and I would definitely recommend the hash and the deviled eggs. We did get the strawberry cake to split due to all the reviews and it was tasty. It was a good way to end our trip. The food is amazing but if you don’t want it all out at one time just ask them to course it.

We arrived for our reservation at 1:15pm and had to wait for 35 minutes before we were seated. Then halfway through our appetizers the valet came up and dropped our car keys on our table and left without a word. We had no idea why...other than guessing that they were leaving for the day. It was around 2:30pm. Then right after we were served our mains the waiter came up and asked if we wanted anything else and brought us the check. I'm guessing they were closing at 3pm - don't know for sure - we were not given an explanation or any communication. It would be great if the staff were trained to look people in the eye when they speak and communicate clearly with guests.
