My husband's pasta dish, Margherita al tartufo, was severely undercooked. My pollo al Marsala was fine. The appetizer, suplli al Telphono was average. Service very nice. Better Italian available in Vieux-Montréal.

Overall amazing evening- great service, very accommodating. The food was delicious, shared the burratta and prosciutto- generous portion and nice accoutrements. Then we had the Risotto and Orchiettte we were both very happy with our choices! We were brought a complimentary Prosecco and Tiramisu for our anniversary. The only change is a personal choice, would have preferred lower lighting. But that’s just me Check it out!

From appetizer to dessert, our meals were excellent. As a senior citizens, the atmosphere inside was a little dark and a little loud. The service was exceptional. The restaurant manager, Adam is a truly gracious, patient and highly professional manager and a gentleman of great integrity. There is so much great cuisine in Montreal, but Adam is the reason we will be returning to Jacopo.

The service was great! It’s expensive because you’re in old montreal. The Flavor of the food was good but the pasta and the rice were undercooked. They mentioned they like to cook the pasta aldente, but they were too undercooked for our liking!

We had a nice time. The calamari appetizer was tasty but a bit chewy. The gnocchi was delicious and pasta was delicious. Orecchiette broccoli and sausage dish also tasty but spiced with chili oil so beware if you don’t like spice in your dish. Overall great food & service. Everyone pitches in here so service is great.

The food overall was very good. We shared 2 appetizers:bruschetta & grilled calamari. The calamari was good but the bruschetta was really good. The squash ravioli with cream sauce and the mushroom risotto were excellent. The gnocchi was good.

Located at the heart of Montréal's tourist zone, this restaurant could be a catch. But it's not. The service was fast and well done. Our waitress was very smiling. Our 3 main plates came a little fast but they were well presented, hot and savory. Even the desserts, pana cotta and tiramisu were very good.

The reception and service were excellent, very attentive friendly and fast. The place too is lovely and very spacious. The food was less than average. The ravioli and the mushroom risotto were very heavy. The portions were generous. But unfortunately we did not enjoy our meal.

We had an amazing experience at Jacopo. The whole staff incredibly welcoming and friendly. We want to thank Emylina, Jolyanne, Stéphanie, Anne-Sophie, Chitra and Delphine for their excluent service and also for making our visit awesome! Will definitely recommend Jacopo to my friends and family!

One of my favorite restaurants in the old port. Food is is amazing. Service is amazing. Gabrielle was an amazing waitress. She was patient, friendly, and constantly made sure that we were properly tended to. It was great to have her for our table! Their pasta dishes are to die for, and I love their octopus and burrata plate. Full of flavour and the serving sizes for all dishes are very generous.

Food took 1 hour to arrive after we placed our order. Food was made incorrectly but the server told me after I was done eating. Which explained the disappointing taste. He apologized but didn’t adjust our bill or offer free desert as most restaurants would. We had another long wait for the bill and he forgot to come back with machine to pay. I had to get up and find him to ask him to come over. Needless to say - I won’t return.

My husband and I were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary. We were delightfully surprised with a glass each of bubbly and each a different dessert. The staff was warm and friendly. Very professional and the food was delicious. Loved the warm cozy feel of the old house. We will definitely be returning to Jacopo!

The food was ok but nothing I’d be waiting to go back for. I had the brown butter ravioli which was hard slightly cold and not much flavour. My husband had the grilled octopus which was a great portion size and side pairings but could have been made better with more olive oil and sliced lemon. Foccia bread was warm and delish

The food was at best average. I had chicken over a blob of moderately warm mashed potatoes. The bread was not worth eating and the waiter spilled the dipping oil when sitting it down. That smear stayed in middle of table entire meal. The bruschetta appetizer was good. My husband had ravioli which the chef somehow managed to make the cheese inside stiff. The plates/glasses/silver were shoved onto the small table until there just was no room. Not by any measure was it a superior dining experience.

I was very disappointed. The service was very slow. We ordered coffee and it took forever. We actually finished the meal and still no coffee Waitress was annoyed when asked about the coffee. Very pricey. Nothing spectacular with the food and the taste or service. Very ordinary. Will not go back. Ruined my birthday get together with family :(

Très bon service, bel endroit. Nourriture moyenne. . . pâtes à la carbonara très épicées, entrées plus ou moins identiques. We sat down and immediately our server told us that the foods going to take 30-1hr to get to us, then proceeded to trauma dump on us about his other bar job and how bad stuff happens there? Wasn’t too sure what that was, then our food came out, i got the octopus it was cold and rubbery, my friend got carbonara which was also cold and not fresh, we sent our meals back they came back out even worse, and essentially just gross. The food was bad, service was odd and no real apology for the wait or bad food. Overall, skip out on this restaurant there’s much better places down the way.

The food was lovely. The ricotta gnocchi was very good and the bruschetta was crispy but fresh and tasteful. I sat at the bar, and the staff was friendly but spoke very little English. Overall, I had a good experience.
