   Beau et bon restaurant, nourriture correcte même si pas beaucoup de choix. Le personnel très aimable et attentif. Les spaghetti carbonara sont bons, j'aurais préféré un peu plus crémeuses mais je n'ai pas été déçue.

   Je pense que le service était excellent. La décoration intérieur est belle. Si vous êtes un gros mangeur, les portions ne sont pas très grosses mais le goût est excellent. Le service est rapide.

   The waitress was super nice but we waited forever to get our main meal after our appetizers. My daughter and I had the ravioli with cream sauce. The ravioli were very under cooked on the outside and stone cold on the inside. I guess they were still frozen. Overall the food was very good. The orecchiette with sausage was good but needed more rapini. The Marsala chicken was dry. I wish they had some sort of green salad option on the menu. The waitress said she would take my ravioli off the bill but would leave my daughter’s as she ate most of it. Well we waited an hour for the meal and everyone was starving. The manager said he would take both off so we’re grateful. The hostess however was extremely rude and gave us attitude when we said we wanted to eat inside. She needs to learn some manners. It’s a tourist area. Someone needs to show her some manners

   took quite a while to get our meal because the kitchen lost our order but this seemed to be super abnormal, our waitress was awesome, super nice and made sure we were compensated for the lateness (although we didn’t mind that much because we loved the atmosphere and were having a nice chat) absolutely reccomend this place is great

   Over all, the terasse was small and overcrowded. There was a lot of sound. The service was okay I guess, the waiter forgot to bring us bread we had to ask for it! For the meal, we were really disappointed by the veal (the plate was 46$) and It was a small plate and the taste was okay nothing out of the ordinary! We found a small cut of aluminium in the plate. For the gnocchi, I was really disappointed because the portion was really small and it tasted just like a gnocchi dipped in tomato sauce nothing out of the ordinary. So if you want to go to a good Italian restaurant, don’t go there! It’s overpriced for the portion and the taste of theirs meals.

    Food was amazing. However , the service was very slow. The waitress took our order on arrival, we ordered 4 drinks that took 40 minutes to arrive and another 30 minutes for our entrees. The waitresses looked lost as they were going left and right with our drinks in the hand confused about who ordered it… The table next to us (that arrived a least 15 minutes after us) received their breads even before us. The food arrived literally 2 hours later. Our waitress didn’t even take the time to come see us to ask if everything was ok. Service was terrible but thankfully the food is outstanding… kinda worth the wait.

    My daughter and I dined at Jacopo last night during an overnight trip to Montreal. The space was pleasant and charming, but that is really the only positive feedback we can deliver. We were seated inside in the atrium and there were a lot of bugs flying around us and our food. The music was turned up so loud and was blasting an irritating house beat that was more for a nightclub. It took over 20 minutes to get a drink and we waited an hour and fifteen minutes for our food. My orecchiette dish was okay, but my daughter's pasta dish was not surprisingly cold by the time it arrived. We would have ordered another drink during our long wait, but we never saw our waitress again. We asked for the check before even getting our entrees and will not be returning or recommending this establishment to others.

    Nourriture excellente comme toujours. Bel accueil de la part de l'hôtesse. Par contre, serveuse froide. Très lent à recevoir nos cocktails. Nous les avons reçus en même temps que nos plats.

    My calamari was won spicy that it bun my mouth No one told us in advance how spicy they would be They never offer me to change my dish on the contrary they came two times if I wanted them to go No one apologize and they not even remove them from the bill the whole plate went to the garbage Make sure you call the manager Before paying And have a formal complain

    Shared 4 of the entrees and the octopus. Everything was well cooked and flavourful. Warning: The octopus comes with a Spicy kick, we loved it but maybe not for everyone.

    Pasta made "in house" was prepared perfectly al dente. Our champignon sauvage risotto was excellent too. By 1900 hrs the place was packed, and the noise level rose accordingly, making conversation a bit of a challenge. Prices were reasonable. Service was good, and overall, we had a great evening there.

    Great exprience- food was delicious and very reasonably priced. We got the grilled calamari (incredible) and lamb chops which were the best i’ve had in a while and grilled perfectly, as well as the 10oz striploin. Meal was awesome and our server (young blonde woman) was amazing and really friendly. Would definitely recommend

    Sat in the very back of restaurant next to the kitchen. A burning smell would happen every 15 min or so which was not pleasant. Food was average, ricotta pasta was missing the ricotta however appetizers were great. Service was average. Wouldn’t go back.

    Really enjoyed the simplicity and cozy atmosphere. The menu was compact but all items were delicious. Wine offerings were slim but adequate. The seasonings for the dishes in our party of four were just the right touch. Would definitely return here on another visit.

    Mary provided attentive service. Food served quickly. Portions fine but not generous. We had reservations , Lady at door very affected and indifferent to our arrival. Very poor first impression. We were shown to seats back by the kitchen despite reservations and front of dining area being empty. Clearly the seater is selective about whom she sits where.

    We had an excellent time, and the food was really good. The service was outstanding, and although we sat outside it was right in the middle of everything (buskers, crowds, etc), and was a fun atmosphere. We would go back for sure.

    Our 7pm dinner took 2.5 hours and we didn't do any dessert or extra drinks. Drinks took over 30+ minutes to arrive. Appetizers were delicious. The only good poiny, honestly. Entrees of 2 ravioli plates, 1 pasta carbonara, and one chicken marsala took a full hour to arrive and arrived at room temperature. Good grief. Hardly edible. I should have sent it back, but was embarrassed for my family and just wanted to get out of there. I don't know if it was the wait staff or the slow kitchen (maybe both), but it's super disappointing for a restaurant that was a favorite of ours in Montreal. No one came to ask us how things were. Ever. The place was 1/3 full and appeared fully staffed. We won't return. I don't recommend it.

    I was looking for a good Italian restaurant and Jacopo was perfect. The indoor terrace was beautiful, the service was terrific and the food was amazing. Best spaghetti alla carbonara I’ve ever had.

    Service was excellent. The floor was a bit shaky and I had to switch places with my wife who felt she was about to fall each time the waiter walked by. Appetizers were great but main course was below average.
