   Le serveur Jonathan a oublié plusieurs éléments lors du service dont une entrée que nous avions commandé et que nous avons reçu après notre repas principal. Avoir su que celle-ci arriverait aussi tard nous aurions apprécié qu’il nous propose de l’annuler. Il a également fallu lui rappeler les cocktails commandés (Bloody ceasar goûtait l’eau tellement la glace avait fondue). En somme, nous avons été très déçu du service mais la nourriture était appréciable.

   Friendly staff. Great expresso. Happening Gourmand was on ... Good focaccia w/olive oil as free starter Luke warm but OK arancini starter. Gemelli pasta was dry, needed more sauce. Store bought waffles with bland fried chicken without any rosemary maple syrup as I realize now according to menu . Not really cacio e pepe homefries as they needed cheese.

   Délicieux et à un excellent prix! Le service était impeccable! La prochaine fois, j'irai le soir par contre. Le menu est plus varié en soirée et le deuxième étage qui est vraiment magnifique est ouvert. Le midi vous pourriez vous retrouver à une table où il fait très sombre et le choix de menu est plus restreint...

    Comme d’habitude, service et nourriture excellente. Anne-Sophie était adorable avec nous, on a vraiment sympathisé, le service est un 10/10! Merci pour cette expérience de plus au Jacopo, qui reste mon restaurant préféré à MTL

    We took advantage of the Happening Gourmand special. Food was superb, service (mostly by Antoine) was excellent. The only aspect that wasn’t great was the music—a minor issue.

    We went to Jacopo for dinner several times before and we loved it. Yesterday was the first time to try the Happening Gourmand brunch. The brunch experience was not as nice as the dinner experience we had before. We waited for a long time to be served. The first course was a cold dish which was good. The second course was supposed to be a hot meal, but by the time they were served, they were really cold. Due to the long wait, Jacopo provided us a compliment pastry which was nice.

    La pire expérience que j'ai eu, déjà on a attendu 1h pour prendre nos commandes le serveur s'est excusé vu l'achalandage on a compris mais on reçoit le premier service c'était correct après on attend comme 1h pour le main course et là à notre surprise le plat est dégueu ne goûte à riens poisson trop cuit même pas de goût ni les ingrédients qui nous ont été expliqués... patate dure c'est des assiettes je pense de la veille sorti du congélo et chauffées. On réclame ils nous changent le plat et puis rendu à la facture ils nous chargent des extras pourtant ils ont bien dis choisissez un autre plat à votre guise sans préciser que y'aura des charges en plus.... puis on me charge 2 fois le drink alors que j'avais pris 1 j'ai payé et je me suis barrée plus jamais plus jamais je ne le conseille à personne... du n'importe quoi

    The chicken and waffles, as well as the Benedict eggs with 4 cheese sauce were just OK, I have had dinner in this restaurant and dishes were really good but for brunch is a little bit pricy (even if it’s the one of Happening Gourmand) .

    J’ai choisi le resto par rapport au menu afficher sur happening gourmand celui de 22$ , nous arrivons au resto rien du menu , ont ne dit ça doit être celui du souper … non regarde écrit 22$ toutes sortes de fausses raisons je ne recommande pas ce resto du tout et j’enverrai personnes car c’est se foutre de nous

    Very poor, worst osso buco ever. Dorado was lousy. Our bartender was great I believe his name was Gonzalo? He made a disappointing night tolerable. I cannot recommend Jacobo to anyone. This is the first review I have ever written, I wish it could have been kinder.

    It was our first time at Jacopo and I had expectations. My experience went above all of my expectations. The food was fresh and tastful, the ambiance was decontracted, the cocktails looked amazing, the wine was good. The service we got was very nice, we never had to ask for anything. I will for sure recommand this restaurant and will definitely come back.

    Food was very good but the terrible service ruined the experience. We waited 20 minutes after being seated with no waiter or water. My husband finally left the table to get the manager/hostess who became our waiter but apparently for only half of the dinner because she disappeared once we were served. After we finished our entrees no one came to offer dessert or see if we were finished. We finally put our coats on after 25 minutes of waiting to go find someone to take our credit card so we could leave. Unfortunately the bad service greatly distracted from the good food. There are too many great restaurants in Montreal to go to instead.

    J’ai été déçue dans l’ensemble. La nourriture était assez ordinaire pour le prix. Par exemple la pieuvre était caoutchouteuse, la bruschetta sans assaisonnement, les carottes pas assez cuites. Par ailleurs, mon conjoint a reçu son assiette 45 minutes après nous… et on ne lui a même pas offert de lui payer son café! De plus, il n’y avait plus ce qu’il fallait pour un moïto sans alcool et il n’y avait pas non plus d’eau minérale disponible. Somme toute, le 469$ de notre facture pour 4 me convainc de ne pas revenir.

    Food and wine were phenomenal. Excellent wait staff, did forget a couple drinks to the table and kids ate last but overall a great experience. Was a bit on the pricey side but worth the visit.
