Another wonderful dinner at Jade. We had the Teppanyaki and everybody enjoyed what they got. The chef cooked everything perfectly. We had a couple of appetizers too. The potstickers were so flavorful & we enjoyed the shrimp. Service was excellent with our water glasses refilled constantly and empty dishes promptly removed. We’ll definitely be back.

Decided to go a little early. I had requested a table away from noise but was not “allowed “to sit there because they would not open it. The two hostesses up front were not friendly nor dressed nice. One had ugly tattoos covering all of her skin and acted like we were bothering her. Sat us down in this extremely bright room with loud rap music going one. Really???? How is this considered a gourmet restaurant. We sat there for quite awhile and a young man asked us if we wanted anything to drink. I asked for sake but he was only there to serve water and was quite pushy about it. We said no. Tried to look at the menu but were getting more irritated by the loud music and the lack of any waiter. Got up and left and will NEVER go back into that place again. What a disappointment, what horrible customer service and the ambiance of this place was probably the worse I have been in. It was my birthday but any of the help could care less . What happened to Jade . Before they moved, it was such a nice place to have sushi and dine in. When we left the two so call hostesses up front could have cared less, never asked why?never acknowledged us. But then they never did in the beginning. Shame on everyone in there. A horrible disgusting experience that we will relay to any of our friends who decide to go there.

Service was amazing, salmon was served almost raw. For price of steak it had very little flavor, but was well trimmed. In short the oysters were amazing, salad was okay but everything else lacked flavor.

Three of us ordered the Ribeye steak combination and found that the Ribeyes had a lot of grizzle and 50 percent of the steak was not edible. We did not complain to management at the time because we did not want to bring attention to your other customers.

Service was excellent. Had a great waiter. The cook ham'd it up for the kids. The one thing we noticed, and it's becoming more and more common is the portions are getting smaller yet the prices getting higher, especially noticed this with the veggies. Also kind of strange to get balsamic vinaigrette on your Japanese salad. Missed the ginger dressing.

Another wonderful meal at Jade. We had the Teppanyaki dinner. Food and service were excellent. We were celebrating my aunt’s birthday. At the end they gave her a delicious cheesecake inside a pastry boat. It was lovely to look at and tasted great. A great place to go for special occasions or even everyday dining. Every meal I have had there in the past year I have enjoyed.

Another wonderful Teppanyaki dinner at Jade. I had the chicken and my friend had the salmon. Both entrees were wonderful. The chef did a great job preparing our food. We also had the potstickers appetizers and definitely would order them again. Service was excellent with water glasses continually filled and inquiries if we needed anything g else. We didn’t feel rushed like we did at another Teppanyaki place at the Westgate. I much prefer Jade.

Servers were friendly, attentive and informative. Food was excellent. Sushi appetizers were fresh and beautifully presented. The sea bass special was delicious and served piping hot. Mochi topped the meal off perfectly.

Our server, Sue, was warm and friendly. The runners were very attentive and timely. Good food with reasonable prices. Generous servings. Our first visit today but certainly won’t be our last.

Our experience, like ALL experiences at Jade are outstanding! Food was delicious, service always wonderful and friendly, (like family), suggestions on food items spot on, and atmosphere energetic and enjoyable. It was great for a friends get- together and the restaurant was very accommodating to our longer than usual stay. Thanks again!

Our server, Yenny was phenomenal! She pay close attention to our party of 6 by constantly checking and refilling our beverage. We never have to summon her for anything at all. Big kudos to her excellent service!

My son had a great 15th birthday at Jade! He ordered his usual fav, sweet and sour chicken, it was delicious, and the chicken lo mein that my husband and I share, is always flavorful. Service was excellent and the free bday desert was delicious and thoughtful. Thank you for making our families birthday so special!

The Sushi is as good as any we’ve had. They also happily made lobster tempura for us (it’s not on the menu). The service was excellent. The noise level is on the high side but where isn’t it. Can’t wait to go back.
