We have been to Jake's many times and always find the staff to be efficient and professional. The shell steak was excellent as always the the coconut martini was worth noting.

I hadn't been since before pandemic but food was not what I had come to expect from Jake's. Nor was the service. My fried chicken which wer a special, tasted bland as were the mash potatoes I had with it and my wife's baby backs were nothing to write home about either. The service started out very slow but got a bit better.

Disappointed! On July 1st, I received an email for a 20% discount off the check. This did not include discounted menu, Pre Fix, etc. When check came, they did not seem to know about the email. I contacted them on July 3rd and have not as yet received a response. Last time I was there, with a reservation thru Open Table, they failed to record my presence and I was notified by you I did not honor the reservation. I had the receipt! Seems they have to train the staff and tell them to pay attention.

Waiters and staff are attentive. Food is excellent and prepared just to our liking. Prices are reasonable given that it's a steakhouse. You pay for the quality, not the name over the door.

Excellent food and service, but not a great dining experience. Credit card guaranty was required and the higher prices were expected, however, despite increases, the $42 Prix fixe had many items with supplemental charges and no substitutions permitted at all, even minor ones such as exchanging mash potatoes for baked or similar. Price increase coupled with the rigidity diminished the dining experience. I have dined here many times before Covid, but this time did not feel like a valued customer.

Great food, prompt service and accommodating wait staff, parking is difficult but there was a valet service the night I was there so not an issue. Highly recommend for a nice night out.

Food was great. We had the porterhouse for 2, lobster tails, and mac n cheese with lobster in it...Def great tasting food. Only complaint I have is I felt like I was being rushed to leave. My thoughts were pretty much confirmed when they gave me the bill and we were still eating desert.

Reservation taken on time. Our server, Carly, was fantastic. She made excellent suggestions and was attentive. The food was cooked to perfection. This was our first time dining here and it was exceptional. Valet parking was a bonus.

My wife and I and another couple went to Jake's to celebrate our anniversaries. The food was delicious and the server, Carly, was outstanding. She was knowledgeable, offered us suggestions, very attentive, and great personality. When I return I am sure to sit in her section. The food was good. The prices were commensurate with a medium to high end steakhouse, so it is not cheap, but not overpriced (taking into account inflation, supply chain issues and other pandemic related price hikes throughout all industries, it is not overpriced).

The bone in rib eye was fabulous. The filet also very good. The skirt steak was a little tougher than usual but had good flavor. Service was excellent. James couldn’t be better. Desserts were very good.

As far as all around- Jake’s is the place. My entire family likes it - my mom and teenage son included. Good for just about any occasion, rides a pretty great line between nice and casual. The service is always great too. Would definitely recommend.

Food was great, we had the wedge salad, calamari, and I had the shell steak. For dessert I had tartufo and everything was delicious. The wait staff was extremely young but they were great. The tables were a little on top of each other and the dividers were very thin so the people behind us kept bumping into us which was annoying but probably the only deficiency and it wasn't that bad all in all. Great neighborhood Steak House we love it and have been going for years.
