   Food, in our opinion, was really overpriced for what it was. We had a reservation days in advance, but apparently they had closed the outdoor area where our reservation was, so we had to wait quite a while despite having a reservation and there being available tables (and other parties already seated in the supposedly “closed” outdoor area). Waiter was nice and provided his food recommendations- he was very pleasant. Overall, can’t say that we would dine here again.

   As with most Tapas restaurants, a little on the expensive side for what you get, but everything we had was delicious. Octopus was cooked to perfection, the endives were fantastic and the pan con chocolate was amazing.

   The bathroom floors have way more than today’s dirt on them. Show us you care about us as guests by scrubbing down walls and all. The food was good, just not great, and certainly no value. I don’t find any reason to return.

   We celebrated Mother's day, we were in town for the weekend from New Jersey, three weeks ago, we visited Jaleo in Chicago, this one in Disney Springs is so nice, bigger the stuff was very friendly and took time to explain some of the dishes to our guest, they also accommodated some of the food to cook it twice for my pregnant God daughter. Jaleo is on my list of places to go every time we go to Florida. Victor J. Rodriguez

    There aren't enough adjectives to fully share how great every dining experience at Jaleo is. We've been several times. Some of the most creative and appetizing food ever (liquid olives?)! We hadn't eaten lamb before - now it's a menu choice for us. Lots of attention to detail. Very knowledgeable staff helping with an extensive menu. And special note from manager following the visit?     My new favorite place at Disney Springs! The mussels were the best I ever had. I hope they don’t take them off the menu for when I come back next year! Everything we ate was delicious. It was a tasty tasting experience!

    First of all - I do love Jaleo despite this review but I kind of feel that the quality and service at this establishment has gone down and my thoughts are because its in a high traffic tourist trap (Disney Springs). During service, our food was brought out lukewarm at best, the paella menu has changed YET AGAIN and we were served a vegetarian option and was advised to add on a tapas portion of chicken that came out before our mushroom rice (paella pan) was served. The martinis served were terrible. The only lifesaver was the flan for dessert. Our server was incredibly distracted during service and would just say how much she appreciated our patience. This visit was a HOT MESS and for $150? I hate to say that it will be a long time before I visit Jaleo again, at least this location.

    I had never been to a tapas restaurant before this but it was an excellent meal. Every dish was flavorful and the best part about the small plates is you get to try some of everything! You have to get the carne asada and the Gaellta for dessert! Would definitely recommend coming here!

    The service at Jaleo was far above most good restaurants; it was absolutely the best. We always have dinner at the finer Disney restaurants like the California Grill and Narcoosi or other nicer spots at Disney Springs pool. The service and atmosphere were superior at Jaleo, and the prices were considerably lower than those other restaurants. Our 5 year old grandson loved his food, too. We were really impressed with this restaurant, and it will be at the top of our list next time we’re at or near Disney.

    The entire Jaleo team is amazing! My husband and I sat at one of the chefs station counter tops and have to say we were so impressed at how everything was put together. The care they put to everything on each plate is a sign of how well managed Jaleo is. We were so lucky to have Tamara answer our questions regarding the menu as well offering great suggestions. She was absolutely delightful. We are locals and will certainly go back! I hope chef José Andres knows what an amazing team he has at the Disney Springs location. *Chef’s Kiss! PS The only not so positive thing I will suggest to the restaurant is to please re-consider the use of the very loud cowbell and overall ritual every time a paella comes to a table. It is not pleasant at all, 𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 if said table is close to yours. It is extremely annoying…

    Raymond was an excellent Host/Connoisseur. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and gracious. The food was wonderful! We had the Chef's Table Jaleo Experience which was small but tasty portions of the full menu. Excellent experience and would go again!

    We actually visited Jaleo for dinner TWICE on our one week trip. It was phenomenal the first night so we booked again a few days later. Here are some tips. The menu can be a little overwhelming at first so don’t be afraid to ask your waiter or waitress for recommendations. The paella is the claim to fame. Order to large one on the menu if you have 6 more more. There is a smaller size for smaller groups but the selection is limited. I recommend sharing several items. The poblano peppers (3) and avocado salad is amazing! Don’t forget the sangria! If you have a large enough party, order the sangria in a pitcher that is made table side. Enjoy! We will be back again on the next trip!

    Rafael and team were outstanding! Loved the table we had downstairs in the middle of the front dining room amongst all the action and excitement. The food was amazing as always and the gin and tonic menu made for a fun new cocktail to try!

    Brought out of town guests (party of 8 with 2 babies) and everything was perfect as anticipated. Had a nice table overlooking the lake and amphicars riding by. Our server Alex was wonderful. The food was delicious as always at Jaleo is always remarkably consistent for a restaurant this size. We ordered the Pan con tomate, Selección de embutidos, Cono de salmón crudo con huevas de trucha, Cono de queso de cabra con membrillo y nueces, Manzanas con hinojo y queso Manchego, Ensalada de remolacha con yogurt y citricos, Coca de escalivada con boquerones, Patatas bravas, Buñuleos de bacalao con alioli de miel, Gambas al ajillo, Pescado con pisto Manchego (salmon), Pulpo a la brasa con tomates confitadios, Carne asada con piquillos confitados, Chuletas de cordero con alioli de miel y salsa de romero, and a sea urchin crab potato special dish. Bill came out to 675 (gratuity included). Out of town guests were very happy with Jaleo!
