   Celebrated my sons graduation! Food was excellent. Ambiance was phenomenal. Manager was attentive and professional just fabulous as was bartender. It was evident waitstaff was a little inexperienced. Overall fantastic experience and would recommend!!!

   Either I am outdated or the price of lettuce has gotten out of hand. I ordered a Taco salad which when asked beef or chicken I would not have ever imagined would be an additional charge. 20 dollars for a taco salad not even at a Mexican Venue?? Our waitress didn't ask us if we were interested in dessert or coffee??? I must be in the senior crowd !

   The restaurant is good however they have the poorest , inexperienced young girl for a hostess who could not figure where to seat us as we did not wish high top. In our reservation we had requested a booth and were assured one will be reserved for us. We agreed to wait for a booth to be cleaned that she informed us was her family waiting to leave. After they left she seated us and then asked us to leave as it was not a servers table. She seated us at a high top and after we waited for 10 minutes with no service we were told they only have 2 servers . We finally sat at the bar and had no dinner just a drink and an appetizer. The bar tender was lovely, very good and efficient. We told all our friends at hotel not to go there and will probably not return. The food is ok so don't miss much with many lovely restaurants around.

   We were greeted by a friendly hostess and seated immediately. Our server ,Lauren, introduced herself promptly and was very attentive. She recommended a dish to one of our friends, stating, it was one of her favorites! Food was awesome and service wonderful! We would definitely request Lauren again.

   They may have been short staffed. It was never explained. We were told that everyone came in at once. Our meal showed up a hour an half after being seated. We sat down at 8:15 and our meal showed up at 9:30.

    The atmosphere was fun. Unfortunately, we waited over an hour and a half to get our food (nothing fancy) and a few dishes were wrong but we didn’t bother to tell our server because in the over 2 hours we were there, she came to our table twice max. The table next to us was seated half an hour after us and got their food half an hour before us.

    Nice dinner. Friendly staff. Busy weekend for them —took a while for food —but we expected that. They are big on ice cream there —so if that’s something you love—you need to try it.

    We visited for the first time since this location opened as its newer identity (we previously had been regular patrons of Quaker Steak and Lube). We tried the nachos, loaded tots, and giant meatball appetizers, French onion soup, and chicken riggies, salmon, and wings entrees. We were very pleased with the quality of every item we ordered. The prices were high, but given generous portion sizes, were fair (in the future, we will realize we should order less to share and will be satisfied). Our server, Louie, was excellent. Crisp decor and servingware lend an unexpectedly slightly more sophisticated tone to the environment of the usual sports bar restaurant. We were a little disappointed to find that they no longer have any of the interesting and more unique desserts we had seen online in advance (mini cannolis, carrot cake), and instead only have mundane desserts the same as offered pretty much everywhere else (cheesecake, ice cream on top of brownies or cookies, etc) - could be great, just not our thing so we didn’t try anything. Overall, we were very happy with our experience and will likely be back again.

    Had a new waitress who tried her best. Ordered a chicken Caesar wrap, which was ok, a chicken ranch pizza, which was good, and nachos, with no jalapeño. Food took over 45 min to come out and restaurant was quiet. First came out the wrap, 5 min later the pizza then the nachos. Though the nachos ordered no jalapeño they were spicy with jalapeños in cheese sauce. My son ate my pizza instead. Waitress had tables very far apart. So getting her attention was very difficult and by the time we did we no longer wanted the nacho’s fixed. We asked for the check and it took 20 min to get and needed to ask another waitress to take back. When we double checked the check as it seemed high we weee double charged for the nachos. Needle to walk to the kitchen entrance to get the waitress attention and when pointed that out she said oh I thought that was taken off. Was corrected, by a manger i guess though without an apology,, and when I asked what was done was told that the extra was removed and presented a new bill, rather bruskly as if it was My fault. now have two charges in my credit card and may need to call to have one removed. Had eaten here before snd was a good experience but many errors last night an unsure if we would go again

    Hard to give a higher rating when your 2 entree's show up before your 1 appetizer ordered. Burgers were good, but fries way undercooked. Seemed rushed, and it wasn't that busy. A bit disappointing meal out.

    Had we not gone on a night they were serving many people for a golf tournament I don't think I would have complaints, however since we did go on that night there were consequences. The food took forever to come out and our appetizer and meal came out at the same time with the exception of one of the meals AND our silverware. We waited over 5 minutes with our meals in front of us and no utensils. I finally complained to the hostess and it still took time. Apparently it was because there were not enough silverware to go around to all the guests. The waitress was very apologetic and I know it wasn't her fault, so thank you for that. My review would not be so bad had a manager come over and apologized for the inconveniences and perhaps given us a break on the bill. I understand these types of things happen but when it is that bad, the patrons need to be compensated. We will not be going back.

    It is apparently a newer establishment and I am guessing that they are experiencing some "growing pains". Out of stock on several menu items, and running out of pizza dough causing a 90 minute ticket time for what was available. Our server was attentive and we did receive some complimentary apps and a discount for the delay. If I was local I would give it another shot in a couple of months after they have had the opportunity to work things out. A second experience like this and I would have to write it off.

    Food was ok... arrived before our reservation and was seated quickly in a side room with a few other people. Honestly it went down hill from there. Was told our server would be with us shortly. Maybe 5 or 10 min a server asked if we were helped and then asked if a our server got us our waters. We told him no someone else did. I asked if the special came with a side salad and his response was he had no idea about any of the specials. I said I wanted a side salad if it did not he starts to walk away and I said aren't you going to take my dinning partners order too? We received our drinks. I got up went to the bathroom came back the bf had his soup and no sald for me??? Once he finished his soup our dinner arrived again no salad I had to ask the person that brought our meal for my salad.... our server was no where around. I did see him in the main dinning room laughing with other tables. It felt like the tables in the side room were an after thought ... the room where staff have forgotten. At one point they took our plates and then a random staff member asked if we were done with our drinks which we said yes she took our water glasses and left our drink glasses???? I was still drinking my water. Our original server came to ask if we wanted dessert we said no but we wanted another drink. He took our order and then disappeared once again. 20 min go by no drink. He came back said the bar was backed up and said he will be coming out shortly. Another 10 min or more.... no drinks. I got up and asked where was our drinks. We received our drinks and our server came back with out check. We were there for close to two hours. I don't see us going back to Jammers as there are too many other places in Syracuse area that have better service and food for the value.

    Way too loud! Hostess sat three tables the whole time and it felt and appeared as if all the guess where on top of each other. Menu and atmosphere gave me the impression that ownership/management didn’t have any clue on what their identity is.

    The atmosphere and meal was very good. Our waitress was exceptional. The mixed drink was a bit pricey but very good. We will definitely return and spread the word to friends and family. They do adhere to the Covid precautions and we felt totally safe.
