We had a great time! Both the salmon and blackened shrimp were exceptional. Tyler was our server and we received excellent customer service. Definitely will be back next time we visit OKC.

The food choices were decent, but my vegetables came undercooked and were a little too hard and the steak that I ordered was tough and not as juicy. Granted, I did order Medium Well, but other restaurants are able to prepare a medium well steak and it still have a tenderness to it. I would say that the service was good and the ambiance/experience of the restaurant was enjoyable, but the food was sub par.

Pork chops were tough and seated by the kitchen. First time I had ever ordered blacken pork chops from the menu and was disappointed. Kitchen was close to our booth and very loud.

This was my second time visiting Bourbon Street Cafe. We had a tremendous waitress who was very personable and sweet. My date and I tried the raw oysters which were very good. Unfortunately, my pasta had hair in it in which prolonged my meal and caused me to lose my appetite. There was a live band playing at the beginning of our meal who was very enjoyable, but when they finished the restaurant turned on speaker music that was louder than the band which made it hard to hold a conversation. I would definitely recommend Bourbon Street Cafe to a friend for them to try it out for their own experience, but I probably won't return on my own for dinner unless invited by family or friends for a special occasion.

Probably the best cajun food in OKC. The're preparing it for the masses, so there's not enough built in heat from black, white, and red pepper. Sure, there's Louisiana hot sauce and Tabasco on the table, but that isn't the same. My etoufee had good flavor and the crawfish was well-cooked and the tails were sizeable. The server suggested adding their sausage, which was a good idea - the sausage is flavorful. The gumbo was OK - it lacked okra but was laden with the sausage. Their manhattan cocktail with the pecan infused bourbon was very well-executed.

I had my bday dinner there on 11/30/19 and it was an awesome experience from the beginning to the end. It was 10 adults and 3 children. All of our orders were correct and delivered to us in a timely manner. The server was great, the band was lively and the atmosphere was fun. I do however think that gratuity from each ticket was a tad bit much. We will definitely return

The half shell oysters were good,the crayfish etoufee was excellent and the stuffed shrimp also. Everyone in our party was very pleased and us Louisiana born folks were impressed! The band was good but too loud for conversation. It was as good a restaurant as we remembered.

This is a fantastic place! There was a love jazz band that was amazing and the food was delicious! Slightly higher priced but you pay for the ambiance and location and the awesome food! Totally worth it, great date night!

Server Tyler was very good, very knowledgeable about the menu. I had the Ponchatrain Porkchops which was very good except for the seasonal vegetables which was mostly stewed squash a lot of stewed squash. My wife ordered a steak after Tyler told us how they cut their own steaks and how wonderful the meat they used was. Her steak was so tough she could not chew it. Tyler noticed her disappointment with the steak and took it back. Someone I assume the manager did comp our ticket $20 which is more than most restaurants do. But my wife's meal consisted of mushrooms and a side salad. She was never offered a replacement entree. We never saw a manager to apologize for the poor food quality. While Tyler made our experience in the restaurant very pleasant I can not recommend the food of this establishment.

Thoroughly enjoyed the patio seating and food was excellent. Only complaint was we never got the appetizer we ordered but they apologized and took it off our ticket. Will definitely go back!

We had a reservation and were not seated until 20 minutes after that time. It took 10 miutes to get water after we were seated. We ordered at that point and chose not to order any other drinks as we were unsure how long that would take. One of the members of our party got the catfish and it tasted like it had been cooked three days prior. We were comped two appetizers when we related our displeasure with the wait time when we had a reservation. There were three young ladies at the reservation desk and we had to keep checking with them and they didn't seemed concerned. They just kept saying the party had not left the table and the turn around would be short once they left. They finally sent someone to check on the table and we were told they were cleaning the table.

This was our second time dining here and everything was great. We loved the Alligator Bites and the Blackened Cajun Catfish was the best my husband has ever had. We will be returning soon.

Food was bad. Calamari was obviously fake. Every single piece was exact same size and shape. Ordered the ribeye medium rare and it came out grey. I have never had a grey steak. Maybe boiled? Don’t know what caused that. Everyone else’s food was also bad. Service was exceptionally slow. We do not intend to go back.
