I come to the restaurant regularly.but l came last Sunday evening.when l ordered the salad add Salmon.it’s not fresh & little bit raw.l can smell it.And the main course ,the chicken will breadcrumbs,it’s over done! Service is not too bad.the staffs is not too welcoming than last time.I thing that l feel surprise,customers ordered the wine,the waiter taste it .after that,he take to customers table.

This restaurant is what you would expect from a place located within a 5 star hotel and more. From the way we were welcomed by the concierge, the design and the ambiance, the beautiful presented delicious dishes to the faultless service, everything was outstanding. Well worth the visit and for sure will return. Lavander ice-cream desert is a must try even if you're on a diet 😉

Waiter was incredibly distracted, forgetting our drinks and disappeared for a very long time. Everyone around us was also getting poor service so we had to listen to everyone moaning about it too. For the price of the dinner would expect much better service. Would not go again.

Dinner Sunday July 16th, with my husband, youngest son 14 years old who loved every minute, and a young business associate in awe, was in aspect and quality, the best night every! Each person exuded warmth, engagement, intent to make it "the best experience", based on their read of our desire, not their definition of "best". Throughout each course, each round of special house cocktails, wine recommendations and selections for different palates all food beyond description from traditional fish and chips to the finest dishes. Harshal Thakkar, the evening's sommelier, also became our personalized evening host. His grace and charm, his distinguished character, his consideration of each dining, not just our table, but as we watched him navigate the very diverse dinner crowd, from a large group of women to a large table of businessmen, was simply delightful to see execution of not tasks, but delivery of exemplary enjoyment and memory making unique to each. EVERYONE at Jean-George was attuned to the evenings pace and environment ... the very best of 5 star evenings exceeding almost giddy expectation, having missed a planned 2021 Christmas dinner. Wow, when do we can we plan to return, never or often enough!! Thank you Jean-Georges!!

If Jean Georges knew how terrible his London outpost was, he would take his name away. Terrible service meant I had to ask for our wine to be topped up every time throughout our lunch. Crab dumplings were OK but covered in such a powerful soy based sauce that ultimately they tasted of nothing. Main course salmon was so overcooked, it was dry and tasteless. Very disappointing indeed

Beautiful restaurant and lovely atmosphere. Food was average at best and very expensive for what it was. Our waiter was very distracted by what he described to us as a ‘difficult table’ which we thought was unprofessional. We are unlikely to return.

Great food but wine list was shared with the Michelin restaurant on the property. An impressive wine list but too big and too expensive for the more casual dinner choices at this restaurant. Would be nice if they had a paired down version for those ordering the burgers and pizzas on the menu. Food is excellent though so would return but would likely stick with the cocktails.

Every dish was excellent with the tuna tartare being exceptional. Just as good as the dish at Nougatine. The staff were first class and were on top of everything on an exceptionally hot day.

Awful..... arrived for our table at 7:30. They Could not seat us - so gave us a table in the bar area. After 25 min and no service eventually found a waiter and ordered drinks- 20 minutes later drinks had not arrived . So 45 min after our table booking we had not even been given a glass of water . Left the restaurant at 8:15 . Will never go back Btw walked across the square to Gordon Ramsey’s Lucky Cat and were able to get a table .... service and food outstanding!

I had a recommendation for this place, and it did not disappoint. The setting was beautiful with the big open windows to the outside and elegantly decorated. The service was very attentive and the food lovely. We all had a really good time at this place and would not hesitate to come back.

We recently went to dinner at Jean-Georges at The Connaught. The service and the ambiance were the best part of the evening. However unfortunately we were rather disappointed with the food which should be the main focus point. Worth a try but would we go again??? I am not sure......
