    Delicious food and outstanding service. We had a few hiccups with our food but the staff went above and beyond to make it right! You just don’t see that level customer service anymore. Definitely enjoyed the entire experience and look forward to returning.

    Staff and food was excellent 👍🏿👍🏿 elevator came in handy! Nice dark sexy atmosphere. Valet attendants were prompt and polite. Cigars were a little overpriced 😩

    Joe our waiter was amazing. Very knowledgeable and very attentive. We ordered a bottle of wine which was exceptionally good. The sides we ordered were very good, mac&cheese and brussels sprouts. We did not find the steaks to be as amazing as we had expected for the price. They were good, just not great. The cook on them was spot on but the flavor was not as good as we expected. We know some people who have raved about the Cincinnati location so maybe it was just an issue with the Columbus location? Again, it was good, just not great.

    Our service was excellent but I personally did not enjoy my steak. I selected a Japanese A5, and ordered it medium rare. Now understand, my husband and I don't frequent Jeff Ruby's, but reserve places of this caliber for special occasions. To me the A5, tasted charred. Our server checked on us often to assure we were happy. I am not one to make a fuss, so I didn't address this during dinner.

    We loved celebrating my husband’s birthday at Jeff Ruby’s Steakhouse! The food was perfectly delicious, perfectly prepared, beautifully presented. We were seated in a room that provided a great atmosphere for chatting while still allowing us to enjoy the pianist and his great voice. Our waiter was exceptional in helping us select our appetizers, cocktails, entrees and dessert. We are eager to return!

    It was truly one of the best meals I've had in awhile. It's pricey, but in my mind we'll worth it. Do the filet and lobster, you will not be disappointed.

    Service was fantastic, Anthony did an amazing job. The ribeye was seasoned well but dry. Same with the pork chop my friend had. The sushi and oysters are the best around.

    I had the Filet Scampi and it was fabulous! The sides were good -- we shared mashed potatoes, baked potato, mac and cheese, brussels sprouts, and mushrooms. And the carrot cake was delicious! The service was great! Service consisted of a team and they were on top of everything.

    I had an outstanding experience at Jeff Rubys while we celebrated our Anniversary! Our Server David was amazing and very attentive. Even though we didn't order a dessert we were able to sample a few options, as a treat for our anniversary. We can't wait to come back.

    First, I must say how much my wife and I always appreciate the decor and ambiance of this downtown location. We celebrated our 7th anniversary and man were we hungry! We started with 3 appetizers (I mentioned we were hungry, right?) crab cake, scallops and oysters. Crab cake—my goodness, incredible! Perfect balance of letting the crab shine while also brining something interesting to the table. 9/10. The scallops—again, divine. My ONLY critique, there were only two we needed about 100. 10/10. We finished with the oysters—good taste, but we both fought through broken shell most of the time. 6/10. For dinner, I ordered the pork chop, medium cook. When it arrived, I was pleased to see the medium cook was perfect. However, unfortunately, it was completely dry. Not sure which part of the cooking method led to this, but it had lost all moisture despite being cooked medium. The saving—the caper sauce, 10/10. At this point, I just fought through it because the sauce was undeniable, the pork chop became simply a vehicle to consume more of the caper sauce. 6/10 My wife ordered the apricot Burrata salad, she indicated that there was no crunch element (i.e., croutons, etc). With the Burrata it was basically soft on soft. 6/10. Drink time! The wife ordered the Apple Blondie, very delicious 8/10—I kept it classy with the Manhattan and it didn’t disappoint 8/10 Overall, great experience definitely recommend the appetizer menu!

    Our Server Rachel was super sweet and excellent at her job. The food was delicious and the portions were large. We shared the meal and it was still to much. I recommend the shrimp cocktail, the shrimp are huge.

    We did our research before choosing a steakhouse in Columbus and we are so glad we did! We can not imagine a better option. Every morsel was exquisite. The staff were wonderful. The pace was a tiny bit fast for my taste, but we were dining early due to an even we were attending, so this may have been the reason. I would still enjoy this experience a thousand more times. The crab cake toppled our longstanding favorite. (From Omni Shoreham) The filets were cooked to perfection, and the bearnaise sauce was the best I have ever tasted. You can tell the hiring and training at this restaurant are carefully done. 10/10

    Our server was excellent. We didn’t really care for the chicken but everything else was great!! The dessert service was delicious and entertaining. We really enjoyed celebrating our kids birthdays there. The server made sure they felt special. Thank you.

    this place is pricey but outstanding. We sat out on the patio. Really pleasant. For a special occasion or just a really good meal, I haven't found anyplace comparable in Columbus.

    Apricot/burrata salad was too spicy for us to eat. One of the filets was perfect medium rare and the other was simply too blackened to enjoy (ordered as medium rare). There was only a tiny tunnel of red inside, but 3/4 of it was grey and too well done to enjoy. Mentioned it to the server and he said “that’s what happens to the outside”. Never offered to make it right. Paid $115.00 for filet and lobster. Filet was a waste! Lobster great, but for $115 dollars…I expect perfection. The Brussel sprouts were oddly too sweet to enjoy (never had sugar added to Brussel sprouts - very odd). Coffee ok, but in such tall mugs…it got cold 1/2 way through. Also, where does one put a coffee spoon without a saucer? On the linen tablecloth? You want the best steak in Columbus? Go to Eddie Merlot, Mitchell Steakhouse, Hyde Park or Gilbert’s…those restaurants are doing it BETTER. We had SUCH high expectations. What a disappointment!
