We are a consortium of seasoned restaurant professionals who are passionate about getting the right experience for the food we crave.

Review: * several dumpling on the menus are made with pork which i could not serve to certain family who are NOT Pork eaters * the dumplings were beautiful but flavour and stuffing were limited/not generous considering cost which is fairly high for these dumplings * visit to washroom so shortly after eating leads one to assume MSG may be in some of the food or sauce provided * enjoyed the variety... could be expanded better

Excellent food all round, and the dumplings are divine!! An absolute "must have" are the "Signature Magnificent Seven" baos - visual and tasty delights!

The owner was super helpful and friendly. The happy hour menu was a great value and had tons of selection. I dined with a pescetarian and a vegetarian and there were lots of options for both! The open concept kitchen is super cool - you get to watch the bao being made!
