The turn-of-the-century inspired dining room features 30-foot high ceilings and six unique dining venues that include our Rooftop Garden. Director of Culinary, Wayne Sych, and Executive Chef, Ryan Green, prepare each dish with a focus on natural flavours and features the finest ingredients from Pacific Northwest farmers, fishermen, and other food artisans. Serving more than 30 kinds of fresh fish, premium oysters and thick chops daily, Joe’s signature dishes have become a favourite with locals, celebrities & tourists alike. First time visiting Vancouver and this restaurant was recommended by someone who visits Vancouver often. It did not disappoint. It was a special occasion and the staff was very attentive.

One of the best dining experiences I've ever had. Our server was absolutely amazing, considering I had my three elderly aunts with me. I'm sure his patience was being tested but he handled them beautifully. He even knew what I needed for a low carb meal on top of that! Highly recommend Joe Fortes 👌

Had an amazing experience , celebrated our 24th wedding anniversary. They had a menu printed wish us a happy anniversary, sent an amazing dessert at the end of our meal with a congratulations chocolate sign. Our server Phyllis , was a huge part of making our special evening incredible!!! Thanks to all the staff.

We love the ambience, the service was great and just on time (special thanks to Matt who was incredibly nice person makes our day even better)! I love the taste of salmon - fresh and juicy and I believe everyone should taste this Kalamari, yummy 🫠
