   Service was very slow. Received drinks after the appetizers. Also noted we were there for a birthday as we watched other guests receive complementary champagne upon arrival we received nothing. After we had ordered our second round of drinks, complementary drinks came, however due to designated drivers it was a waste. Attention to us was very poor. We ordered guacamole, however, only received seven chips and our guacamole was taken away without being finished due to the lack of attention…..strange for Joeys.

   The customer service was very poor. They did not take proper care of the customers. I asked for a booster, but it was not provided. I’m very disappointed with the slow and uncaring service. Overall, it was a very bad experience.

   Joey Restaurant did not disappoint ! The ambiance is modern and inviting, perfect for everything from date night to group dinners. Service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and professional. The food was delicious (highly recommend the sushi tacos and steak & prawns!), and the cocktails were just as impressive. Overall, a consistently great dining experience. I’ll definitely be back!

   Overall good experience. We got there a bit earlier so it was quiet. But as soon as it starts filling up, noise starts to carry from everyone there, given that this is an open concept restaurant.

    Always a great time at Joey’s Markville. From the food to service everything is alway top notch. There’s a reason it a favorite of everyone in the family. Can’t wait to dine there again.
