   Reservation was at 5:30, we were seated at 5:40. Food was salty. Portions are on the smaller side. Two drinks ordered weren’t available. Substitute drink was forgotten for a while.. waited quite a bit for just a coke. But our server was was super pleasant and helpful . Wasn’t worth price overall

   After a less than stellar experience on a previous occasion, the guest services team reached out and took steps to right the situation, and those at the location ensured a much better return visit this time around. Top marks!

   Great experience. Food was good, as well as service. It was quiet l, which is unusual for this restaurant. Likely everyone was at Ho e watching the Leafs game.

   My daughter and I attended dinner for Mother’s Day. While it was very busy, we felt well attended and food arrived in good time. The Grilled Corn Guac and Chicken Lettuce wraps were so tasty and the salads were fresh and great portions. The restaurant surprised us with a Mother’s Day treat to top off the meal. Overall it was a great experience! Thanks :)

   Waited 20 mins even with reservation. And another 25 mins to have a server coming to our table and we have to ask for water. Food was soso . Other Joey locations (esp King st) are much better.

    Have been coming to Joey’s for over 15 years since back in my Burnaby days and now here in Toronto. Our experience today at the Yorkdale location was not good. Terrible service. My food was served ice cold. Took our server almost 8 minutes to come even see if it’s good. Finally I said no this is cold. She took it back and 15 minutes later. I had to ask the manager what’s happening as my wife and son have now finished their meals, and I have not received mine. I don’t think we will be coming back to this location anytime soon. We were there last year for Mother’s Day and again this year. Last year was nice but this year sucked. Everyone seemed like they were in a rush and no one cared. The one manager, his name was AP I believe was actually quite nice and pleasant.
