We met old friends here whom we had not seen in several years. The hope was to enjoy conversation and catch up on the past. The jazz trio music was so loud, in order to hear each other we had to move to a room where we could close the doors to drown out the volume. Even then it was loud. Our idea of enjoying a nice dinner with jazz music playing in the background ended up feeling more like a yelling contest at a jazz concert. The food and service were good.

Yes I need help, you did not give me points for dining here tonight (4/22/23). I was supposed to also redeem $20 for points in my reward bank that I had activated. The manager there says she doesn't know how to do it and couldn't get it to go through. I want to be credited for my dining points for tonight. I also Want you to make sure and note I DID NOT GET TO USE MY DINING REWARDS AT THIS RESTAURANT AND AM NOT HAPPY ABOUT THAT. I did it exactly as I was supposed to. Please help.

Went on taco Tuesday. Very good tacos. Like the atmosphere. Had poor service this time. The waiter seemed to not care to wait on us from the beginning, and also lectured us about saving the turtles when we asked for straws.

We really liked our table and leather loveseat. The band was terrific the night we were there. We had gone to hear an old friend play his clarinet; the musical entertainment was first-rate. Our charcuterie board was pretty good, and we enjoyed the truffle fries.

Food was good. Music was excellent. Service very good. Had chicken wings. My boyfriend had a Reuben. Drinks could have been a little stronger. I had a couple of Long Island iced teas. I’m not a big drinker. Couldn’t feel them at all. Nice date night place.

You all did SO well hiring Piaget to bring her deeply soulful sounds to Johnnie's! We just cannot get enough of her. There's a feeling of being known and connected when the music starts. You can get excellent food and nice service, but Piaget... WOW!!

Reserved a high-top in the lounge. Cocktails were outstanding. The kitchen was quite slow but the food was great and we were there for the entertainment anyway. They reduced our bill with an unneeded apology. Johnnie's is a regular for us!

Worst dining experience in years. We arrived at 620pm a were seated immediately. Server took drink and appetizer order of nachos. After numerous fly-by’s and excuses, our nachos were served at 730. They were cold and tasteless. My wedge salad arrived 30 minutes later. Our sandwiches arrived 30 minutes after that and were tepid and tasteless. I finally asked for the manager and kindly explained our dissatisfaction. She was kind and apologetic. I had difficulty believing that it was the cook staff because all the food was cold and looked like it had been under heat lamps. When the check arrived nothing was comped nor any discount. they should have comped the entire meal, but not even the cold, hour wait nachos. Nothing, not even a free dessert. All in all, 2.5 hours for cold, crappy food. The owners should take notice. I will never return unless they revamp with new management. Too bad.

We celebrated Valentine’s Day there and had a wonderful time. Service was excellent. The food was delicious. And the music was beautiful. It was an exceptional experience overall. We will definitely be back!

It's just not very well executed as a Jazz bar/grill. With drinks, the Valentines special was over $200. The food was mediocre, the waiter wore tennis shoes and seemed new, the music started later than we expected so we couldn't enjoy it. This was the 3rd time we've tried it and it will be the last.

Love that they have the Impossible Burger! Staff was friendly and helpful. Band was good but could’ve turned down a notch and been more enjoyable, probably only bothered me and the 5yr old sitting a few tables away with her hands over her ears😏

Impromptu date night met the owners the band was a plus and free entertainment is always great. The food was ok. Pricey for a bland burger. We also sat in the chairs and it’s hard to eat leaning over maybe a higher stool side table would work. It is very loud so if your looking for a quite place this is not it. Overall had a great time, food is meh!

Was very surprised when I ordered Kahlua and coffee and my companion a baileys and coffee and these drinks were pricey and then had an additional charge of $3.50 for the coffee part of the drink. The $3.50 was for hot tea which we told the waitress we did not have. She said that was the coffee part of our coffee drinks.
