Awesome food, great menu, including Gluten free menu. Wouldn't have picked had I know it was inside a hotel (Crown Plaza), cause have not had superb experiences with hotel restaurant's, but glad we went. We were celebrating our anniversary and it was a great choice for dining out.

So disappointed. The quality of food was not as expected and some of the dishes were almost not edible. Prices were through the roof and the service was very slow. Waitress was very nice but overall, it was one of the worse dining experiences I’ve ever had.

We made this reservation expecting the normal menu for Mothers Day because nothing on Open Table indicated that they would be having a Buffett style dinner. We didn’t stay and left immediately as we do not do buffet style meals. This needs to be clearly stated on Open Table.

This was advertised as a Mother’s Day brunch. We were all disappointed. The omelet bar and pasta bar were together on a table. None of the breakfast meats were there for an omelet nor cheese. The pasta bar had vegetables but none of your traditional meats. Then you had a carving station and it was lamb and a pork. Even though we ask we were told both meats where beef. The dessert area had one option. They did have a table with potatoes and waffles and chicken. It was cold. Needless to say we all left and came home and made something. Definitely not your traditional brunches. The waiter hardly checked on us. They did have the room decorated very nice and gave out roses and had music in the background. They have a nice concept if they could just get the food portion right.

My husband and I had dinner on a Saturday evening. Our waitress, Monica, was friendly, personable and helpful. Food was unbalanced -- Filet cooked to perfection while the baked potato that landed on the plate beside it had no pretense of being served in a 5-star steakhouse. My Italian Combination appetizer substituted, at my request, as my entree. I was in the mood for a lighter meal. The calamari, stuffed sausage pizza bread, and bruschetta were excellent. The value was what was expected and we did not mind paying for it. Given it was a Saturday night and the restaurant is inside a Crowne Plaza Hotel, the noise level was reasonable. The booths are secluded which I would recommend if noise level is an issue for you.

We arrived at our reservation time and couldn’t find a host or any other employee. The patrons in front of us ended up going behind the host’s station for menus and sat at the bar. Eventually, a number of waitstaff came out from the kitchen and we were seated. Our appetizer was good but not enough to justify the price. Dinner, which was two steaks, came very slowly and it was difficult to get drink refills. When the entrees came, both steaks were dry and overwhelmed with the sauce. We’d heard good things about the restaurant but found it was not somewhere we’d revisit, especially for the price.

My husband and I came for brunch and it was awesome! We were seated promptly-Instead of being in the restaurant we were in a huge room in the back with plenty of space so everyone was not piled on top of each other. The fresh charcuterie table was a nice touch. Hoping there's a Mother's Day brunch this year, we will be there!!

We’ve been to Johnny’s 2 other years for Easter brunch and this was by far the worst.this will definitely be our last visit. In prior years we sat outside on the patio. This year we found ourselves in the room with the buffet set up. Food was cold and overcooked and the ambiance was completely lacking and reminiscent of a sad scene from a nursing home.

I had a party of 8, we had to wait on silverware, dishes were dirty, food was cold & omelette was horrible . Worker at carving station was eating meat as he was carving it. Not a good experience for the price. I would never patronize this restaurant again.

Went for Friday special prime rib but after ordering was told that they were having oven problems so prime rib would not be available for two hours. Ordered Steak Oscar and house special steak, both of which were mediocre at best. Desert was Limencello cake which was very dense and nearly frozen. At least the cake was only $8 since the rest of meal was a bit pricey. Nearly $200 with tip for 2 cocktails, 2 entrees and one one shared desert. Best parts of the meal were the bread and the cocktails. There are at least 10 better and less expensive choices for steakhouses in this area of town.

Avoid if Italian food is your quest. They need help in the kitchen. Lasagna is just poor. Service was great and understanding. Its a nice place maybe for steaks, but avoid the Italian side of Johnny's.

The wedge salad is one of the best salads I've had!! It comes with a 7 ounce New York strip and is seasoned to perfection. My sister got the cavatappi pasta- the perfect kick if you like a bit of spicy. Drinks are also perfectly made.

First of all the restaurant is in a hotel. We booked a reservation thru open table. We showed up 10 minutes before our reservation. They weren’t quite ready for us. We stood by the bar. The bartender never asked if we would want anything. We got sat and it was two tables crowded in a small space behind some curtains. We sat and waited for someone to come greet and take drink orders. It would take 20-30 mins between each time we would see our waiter. Our drinks were empty often. We ordered appetizers. We did a trio. The raviolis were cold. The sausage tasted like reheated food. The salads weren’t good. The entrees were ok. I ordered an extra side and the brought it out after everyone was done eating. We refused it. I am a dessert person and was looking forward to having some but by the time that time came I was so over this place. Our reservation was at 730 and we didn’t leave till 10. We were a group of 6 and my dad and bf like their drinks flowing. You’d think the waiter would have gotten he’d be getting a lot of money but he didn’t not catch on. We barely saw him and he didn’t even deliver our food. I don’t usually do reviews but needless to say I won’t be going back

The place was crowded with few waiting staff to accommadate the customers. The patio do was constantly opening making it very cold inside. The food was not as good as rated on YELP. The steaks were over cooked and it took a long time to get your order. The drinks were small and hardly no alcohol in the mixed drinks. The entire evening turned out to be poor and know that this so called steakhouse is in a hotel and part of the hotel bar so the noise level was very loud.

Beautiful restaurant! Great food! Fair prices! But we probably won’t go back. I must first say they were hosting a wedding in the hotel so it’s possible many regular staff were pooled there. Our waiter wasn’t very interested in serving. It took him & the bartender 15 minutes after I asked for a sparkling wine to inform us that they were out of the 2 sparkling wines listed in the wine menu. The waiter act came to our table to take our order & when I asked about my wine he kind of shook his head & glanced at the bar! The bartender did finally come to our table & explain this but shouldn’t the waiter have known this? The bartender also recommended a still wine they had in stock. We had to ask for a glass of ice as my husband’s iced tea was cold tea but no ice. Our turtle cheesecake had very little turtle! Mostly just plain cheesecake—good but not was I imagined. It just seemed like the people didn’t want to do their jobs!
