   Exceptional, creative cuisine paired with a superb wine list and service bar none. Entertained different out-of-town guests here last week, twice this week and have a reservation made for again next week. We’re locals and have been dining regularly at Joseph’s for more than 10 years - always the same consistent food & the same consistent service. My #1, go-to restaurant in Santa Fe.

   Joseph's has never disappointed, and this meal was no exception. I ordered the veggie enchilada, curious to see how Indian-flavored spinach puree would work with more traditional Mexican flavors. It was excellent. My companion had the root veg Napoleon, which she said was also excellent. Service was very good, friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The noise level was quiet in our little room until a large party was seated next to us. That made it a little harder to hear each other, but still was not as overwhelmingly loud as a table of 10 or 12 people could have been. I recommend the Sing Your Song tea for after-dinner sipping -- nice blend of ginger, cardamom, licorice and something else I can't recall.

   The olives and chips (placed ant every table) and watermelon salad were excellent. The kimchi rice was wonderful too, but I must admit I had food envy because the Christmas stew was spectacular. The wines are unknown but also very good and our server helped us pick. The dessert was also incredible. I got the lemon tart. The main course was a bit late but they were apologetic and provided a complimentary dessert wine, which was quite good. Overall, a wonderful meal and experience.

   Absolutely a treasure!! Food and Service were impeccable!! Will definitely come back but not on a Sunday. Parking lot full due to Church across the street

   We celebrated our 32nd anniversary at Joseph's. We have eaten at Joseph's restaurants for many years and it has always been fantastic, but this night was exceptional! Joseph has assembled a team of bright, pleasant, hospitable people and the experience of dining here just keeps getting better. We enjoyed: Crispy Chicken Tamale, Duck Fat Fries, Pan Seared Grouper, Lamb Burger, Chocolate Cake and Butterscotch Pudding! I know, wow, it was a lot, but we managed. Every bite was divine! Can't wait to return. Cheers!

   Joseph's restaurant stands out from all the other restaurants in Santa Fe because of Chef Joseph's commitment to not only delicious and artistically-created food, but he is also dedicated to feeding his customers the healthiest food he can find. Much of the food he serves is organically grown. He completely avoids factory-raised animals, and he avoids the harmful cooking oils. He cooks with butter from pasture-raised cows, Extra Virgin olive oil, rice bran oil, and duck fat. For my patients with chronic illnesses who want to feel better, I tell them that the foundation of good health starts with the diet. While they are getting well, I suggest they cook their own food and avoid restaurants until they get their health back—with the exception of Joseph's restaurant. Erica M Elliott, MD

   The Christmas Stew was fantastic… I will definitely be back for this…I also had the chicken and it was good, But, I felt the pilaf was a little undercooked…a little too firm for my taste. My almost wife was ecstatic with all the GF options…. Overall, good food & friendly service…..

   Our experience at Joseph’s was amazing. Food was out of this world. Our waitress Michelle was outstanding. She deserves to be noted because her service was above and beyond to make us feel very welcomed. Staying at the Four Seasons and Joseph by far is better than the resort food and service.
