Joseph’s Culinary Pub is a creation of Chef Wrede and his creative and business partners. This is the third incarnation of Wrede’s original Joseph’s Table, conceived in Taos, New Mexico, not quite 20 years ago, for which he is well known and loved within the region and beyond. Joseph’s Culinary Pub is designed to be a platform for Chef Wrede’s unique and uncompromising vision on traditional and contemporary cuisine, both regional and international. Took a long time for the food to arrive, and once it did, my entree was luke warm. Then it took them awhile to warm it up and the people I was with were almost finished with their meal. Coconut curry soup was strange. McDonalds fries are better than their fries cooked in duck fat. Just really over rated. They didn't even offer to comp the meal that was luke warm and then late.

Had a superb evening. Finally found an upscale restaurant that accommodates GF without making a big deal of it. Really interesting menu, every mouthful was delicious, and thoughtfully balanced flavors. Our new favorite in town.

Excellent food and service. Really enjoyed the duck phad thai. Great ambiance and cozy setting. I loved eating here. I want to go back and eat at the bar sometime. It's a busy place so reservations are highly recommended.

We had an excellent meal at Joseph’s after reading about it in a recent Vogue article. We could tell it was a local spot with lots of regulars. Everything we ordered was delicious and refined but not pretentious. You could tell chef put a lot of thought into the menu. I highly recommend!!

Wonderful as usual. Staff is amazing. Food is unique and amazing. A must visit for celiacs. Most of the menu is gluten free and all of the desserts are gluten free. I feel like a “normal” person here. No exasperated looks when I tell the wait staff I am gluten free celiac. Thank you Joseph’s Culinary Pub!

The only little glitch was the reserved parking lot was full, and jam packed which made it a challenge to enter and leave from. We are locals and we suspected that the church people from across the way had something to do with it since there was a mass going on. We were a party of 5 and 4 of us were late for our reservation since many of us parked blocks away. You might want to consider a sign about towing, cameras or another solution since it's interfering with your clientele arriving timely. Everything else about our dining experience was exceptional!

I ordered the crispy chicken dish. Simply put, it was crispy on the outside and so moist on the inside. A definite must for those who prefer chicken. And the fries! The fries were the best I've ever eaten.

One of my top 5 faves in Santa Fe! Joseph’s is awesome. It’s cozy an inviting, with good sized portions, inventive food, well curated wines, and professional staff. I nearly always get the fish special, which never disappoints! Menu features both duck and lamb, so if you’re a fan of either of those, get over to Joseph’s! Don’t be put off by the simplicity of their food—the higher the quality of the ingredients, the less you need funky enhancements!

Fabulous dining experience! Server was great, attentive but not overbearing. Courses, food and presentation were fantastic, especially on the starters and small plates - one of my better dining experiences in quite a while. Cozy corner table. Taking away one star due to strange bussing practices which included taking away bread plates while we were still eating off of them, and awkward clearing throughout meal. Likely new or younger staff, but bizarre. Won’t affect our overall experience which was absolutely lovely. Will be back!

Great food, reasonable priced, excellent service. Great locals hangout. There is always a unique and different special every night, and I have never been disappointed when I order the special. The chef is know for his many lamb dishes— even the lamb burger on the pub menu is incredible.

Clearly the processes used at Joseph's contribute to the extraordinary dishes served for dinner. We are been very spoiled in the past in a culinary sense but were pretty blown away by the menu variety, the service, the food, and the lighting / ambiance. Could go on and on but, bottom line, so glad we happened onto this fantastic experience even though it was difficult to choose from the enticing menu!
